Sultan our guide and his... - Sultan our guide and his assistant were amazing, fun and patient. Learnt a lot about different spices and his story telling was fun and thorough. We had a tastly lunch, delicious druuts and got to put on hand weaved crowns and bracelets. Highly recommend!!

A Great Starter Adventure in your Trip to Zanzibar - The staff were very friendly and informative! We learned about the array of plants and spices grown on the farm and their beneficial properties. The singing and tree climbing by one of the guides was really cool as well and the food served was great and fresh from the source. Highly recommend this excursion early on as a starter adventure.

Prison island & spice farm - We did 2 activities during the same tour, prison island & spice farm. Starting pick the pick up being on time, Othman (prison guide) being super clear, the food at the farm. Basically everything was superb. Fathma (farm guide) was very knowledgeable; all the information she shared felt like a luxury to learn about. Strongly recommend this company

Beautiful discovery for the whole family - Superb discovery in this “spice forest” where our guide was very welcoming, interesting, to explain and makes us feel full of plants and trees where the spices come from! A little surprise was waiting for us at the end of the tour, handcrafted by our guide, and a fruit tasting allowed us to taste and discover various fruits. I recommend this activity, which took us 1-2 hours maximum.

Exceptional Tour! - Excellent tour and experience! Our guide was very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and professional. The best part was that the tour was just with the 4 of us. Very interesting to see spices and fruits growing and learn about the different uses for them. We also enjoyed the delicious lunch and the opportunity to buy the farm’s spices and other products. Well worth the time and money!

Spice tour - My boyfriend and I took the spice tour (at the Jambo spice farm about an hour's drive from Paje). Interesting experience, we appreciated the information and curiosities about spices and various fruits grown in Zanzibar (there are really many!) and even our guide was nice. Before starting the tour we were served lunch with local specialties that we liked a lot and at the end of the tour they opened a fresh coconut and we could taste the typical fruit, good that too. Once the tour is over you also have the opportunity to buy spices, tea and coffee of various kinds, creams, natural soaps and products with local ingredients. The only negative point unfortunately is the price of the activity which seemed a bit expensive overall (starting from Paje we spent $ 125 in two).

Spice Farm - We went in the afternoon to visit the spice farm. We start by eating a typical dish of rice and vegetables with chicken, very tasty! Then they showed us the trees, their fruits and the spices taking a walk, which was entertaining and interesting, perhaps a little short. At the end you are invited to drink coconut, a man gives you ornaments made with palm leaves and invites you to try fruits.
