Top-rated stone town - Top-rated services. We arrived at 15 to zanzibar and I wrote to them and at 15:30 they were in our hotel to make us a very good and complete visit! Super attentive at all times and take us to the tourist sites and those who are not so much to see stone town completely and wonderfully. Out of 10!

Guide in Stone Town excellent! - Our Guide was great! We visited all the sights and gave us good explanations of everything. It was also very friendly and cheap ... I recommend it, we were going to tour the city alone, but it has been much easier and more comfortable so

Wonderful! - Really good tour, full of information. Ameir is a guide who really cares about the heritage of Zanzibar, and making sure the group is as enthousiastic as he is. No question is to many. Wonderful!

Enjoyed the Stone Town Tour - Mody was a very good tour guide for us as we toured Stone Town's historical sites. His knowledge of the sites made the tour very interesting. Mody was polite and helpful in every way. I enjoyed the tour, especially of the Slave Market with all of its associated history.

Not at all trustworthy - I put the rating of 1 because it is not possible to put 0. We had booked the Stone Town tour from France via the Internet. It had been complicated despite many messages exchanged via WhatsApp to find the internet link to book. Finally, after long back and forth on the various pages, and a phone call via WhatsApp from someone from this agency, we managed to do it and we had agreed on the day and the schedule, with French guide. The tour was confirmed, booked and paid for. On the D-day, at the scheduled time, no one picks us up from our hotel. After 20min wait, my wife goes to her mailbox and sees a message ''excursion cancelled, the refund will be made within 3 days'', without any other explanation. It's totally unprofessional, and the least that could be done would have been to warn us at least 24 hours beforehand so we could get organized. In short an agency to forget. She does not deserve to be trusted to organize field trips.
