Beautiful water! - We were picked up in a van at the cruise port by Ramo for our daytime boating adventure in Zakynthos. While the van wasn't the most luxurious, we did arrive safely at the marina. Our captain was Ramo and our day started with a viewing of sea turtles. Afterwards we head out past some of the outer islands before exploring nearby caves. Ramo's boating skills are very impressive whether we are turning around or backing out from the caves all while enjoying the shimmering blue water. An adventure to last a lifetime - BEST DAY EVER!! Let me start by saying that Andres was an absolutely amazing skipper and Ramona (the owner) was so kind and hospitable We booked this excursion as our one day visit to Zakynthos, we we were on a cruise. We had some issues getting off of the ship in time and Ramona graciously offered to pick us up from the port. As soon as we met Andres, we knew that the day was going to be awesome, as he had such a positive and energetic attitude. The weather was perfect and he took us to see the most beautiful sites! I love that he played music throughout our journey and offered to take photos of us as we swam through caves. We visited several islands, in addition to stopping at a sand bar island to grab some drinks and food. Everything about the day was absolutely perfect and we never wanted it to end! Andres and Ramona gave some great suggestions on how to spend the rest of our day and we followed their recommendations and ate at a wonderful restaurant. We 10000% recommend booking this trip and we will be sure to do so again in our next visit!

Amazing, Memorable Experience - We did the private boat tour in the evening (6:00 PM start time) and it was amazing. We arrived at the harbor in Agios Sostis by taxi and the boat location was easy to find (at the end of the pier with two white flags). Literally moments after we boarded and untied, we spotted two of the turtles swimming in the bay and the captain encouraged us to jump in the water and snorkel with them. We were not expecting to have such a cool experience so soon into the trip but it was really incredible and memorable for my wife and I. After that, we went out toward the caves and saw some of the most blue, clear water that you could imagine. We had multiple opportunities to swim, including into a few caves. Evening time was perfect for this trip because the sun wasn’t as much of an issue, but the water was still temperate. We explored more cave areas and our captain was very skilled, navigating between tight rock passes and into and out of small cave openings. The trip ended with the sunset over the water, which was breathtaking. It was so nice to enjoy privacy and not to be packed onto a more crowded boat with many other tourists. Another perk of the privacy was that we controlled the music with a Bluetooth speaker on the boat which made everything even better. After the sun set, we headed back to the harbor. Again, our guide was very kind and helped us to get a taxi on the way home, even offering to drive us back to our hotel if we couldn’t find one (we did get a taxi without issue). Overall, I highly recommend using Ramo’s boats and the evening tour in particular. Well worth the price, which is reasonable considering the private nature of the tour and what you get to experience. Will definitely go again when we come back to Zakynthos!

Amazing! - The tour was breathtaking! We saw 3 turtles and viewed the caves up close. Super happy that we had a skipper who took our wishes into account! We were allowed to plan the boat trip ourselves and indicate how long and where we wanted to go! The driver was really great!! Super friendly man who made it very enjoyable for us! Would do it again :)

10/10 would do again 😁 - Our skipper was amazing! Took us to the best caves and islands to go swim. He was very funny and accommodating. We were able to see a turtle at the end of our trip. Pro tip: when he tells you to wear your goggles, do it. I didn’t listen to him when we went swing the first time and got stung by a jellyfish. Luckily he had the medicine for me to us and I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with him. Really recommend this if you have the time. It’s so much better than the packed glass bottom boats and the excursion that you do with the cruise lines.

Private boat - Armando was the best! He did an amazing job showing us around and making sure we had a good time. I would choose this trip over any of those overcrowded boats any day! 10/10 recommend.
