• Chateau St Thomas - Start at Chateau Saint Thomas, a highly respected family-owned winery in the Bekaa Valley, producing wines from vineyards situated over 1,000 meters above sea level. The high altitude, cool nights, and intense Bekaa sunshine create conditions that yield wines of exceptional complexity and character. Your guided tour will take you through the vineyard and cellars, followed by a tasting of their signature red, white, and rosé wines — including their renowned Cabernet Sauvignon and robust reds that have won medals at international competitions.
• Chateau Kefraya - Proceed to Chateau Kefraya — one of Lebanon’s largest and most celebrated wine estates, with over 300 hectares of vineyards spread across the Bekaa plain. Kefraya is famous for its flagship red blend “Comte de M” — widely regarded as one of the finest wines produced in the Middle East — as well as its aromatic whites and its Muse rosé. The guided tour takes you through the extensive cellars and barrel rooms before a structured tasting that highlights the estate’s full range. • Chateau Ksara - The final stop is Chateau Ksara — the oldest and most historic winery in Lebanon, established by Jesuit monks in 1857 and now producing more wine than any other Lebanese estate. The highlight here is the remarkable Roman cave cellar system, extending 2 kilometers beneath the winery and discovered by the Jesuits in the late 19th century — a network of ancient tunnels where the wine ages at a naturally constant temperature year-round. The tasting that follows features Ksara’s iconic Cabernet-Syrah blends, its crisp white Blanc de Blancs, and the beloved sunset rosé.
• Zahle - Lunch in Zahle — the capital of the Bekaa
  Before returning to Beirut, stop in Zahle — Lebanon’s most renowned food and wine destination, known as the “Bride of the Bekaa.” The city’s famous restaurant strip along the Bardawni River is lined with terraces serving the finest Lebanese mezze in the country, accompanied by arak, local wine, and the cool mountain air of the valley.
