Guests will be picked up from the Outback Pioneer Hotel, Desert Gardens, or Sails in the Desert at Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. The journey will then proceed to the World Heritage-listed Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park….
- Yulara - A professional tour guide will introduce you to the authentic outback they cherish and enjoy.
Guests will be picked up from the Outback Pioneer Hotel, Desert Gardens, or Sails in the Desert at Yulara (Ayers Rock Resort) between 1:30 and 2:30 pm. The journey will then proceed to the World Heritage-listed Uluru and Kata Tjuta National Park.
- Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park - Here, one of the two guides will lead a guided Mala Walk. This walk follows the north-west side of Uluru, showcasing numerous examples of Anangu rock art and offering the chance to marvel at the towering vertical walls. The guide will share dreamtime stories of the Anangu People.
- Mutitjulu Waterhole - Begin the second guided walk to the Mutitjulu Waterhole. The guide will lead you along a short path to the waterhole, home to an ancestral water snake named Wanampi. Stories of local traditions will be shared, and the guide will explain how the Anangu people historically used the waterhole for hunting. The caves with rock art were used by Anangu who are still alive today.
- Uluru - Travel to the base of Uluru (Ayers Rock).
- Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre - Explore the Aboriginal Cultural Centre, where there is time to learn about the local Pitjantjatjara people and purchase souvenirs. Constructed with 90,000 mud bricks with the assistance of the local Anangu people, the Cultural Centre is built on a sacred site and holds significant meaning for the local Anangu people.
- Kuniya Walk - Drive from the front of Uluru to the Kuniya car park, located at the back of Uluru.
