Fantastic guide - Amazing guide Ellie, she was wonderful and made the experience truly memorable.

The greatest experience ever - The tour guide we were with was Ellie and she was always very cheerful and funny. The tour was very interesting and we learnt a lot. We had quizzes and games about Harry Potter and about the city. We also learnt about the stories and things that happened in York as well as Harry Potter. Anyone who's reading this, I really recommend it and you have to go and try it out. It's a great experience for anyone who is a Harry Potter fan and for anyone who likes learning about York.

Great Tour with Ellie - We were with Ellie who was a great tour guide, she was so knowledgeable about York but also everything about Harry Potter! We did enjoy the 2hr walk which we will surely recommend to our friends who are also Harry Potter fans!

Harry Potter tour - Really enjoyed the tour, I am not a huge fan of Harry Potter (my wife and daughter are) but found it really good Ellie was an excellent guide and was on top form for the full 2 hours - thank you so much

It was a brilliant time... - It was a brilliant time learning about all things Harry Potter in York. We laughed and learnt a lot. There was some much to learn not only about Harry Potter, but York in general. It was super interesting. We enjoyed every bit!!

Worst experience ever, No proper Harry Potter locations, Boring guide - I normally don’t give bad reviews at all but this was literally the worst experience ever and I had to leave a review for other families to not get scammed. This review is actually for the guide herself who didn’t want to be there from the first second and she literally told us that we should feel free to leave early 3-4 times since it’s a cold day, but in a disrespectful way. The tour was supposed to be visiting Harry Potter locations but she spent the first hour at the pickup point talking about York’s history more than Harry Potter. I won’t talk about the boring quizzes took ages. We had to leave early because she didn’t take us any proper Harry Potter locations. Another person also left probably the same reason. So, it was no where near a Harry Potter experience, it was a waste of time and money! I am surprised how they have this high score, maybe had better guides before.
