Airport Pick-Up
Flight tracking is used by default. Your driver will monitor your flight and wait up to 90 minutes after landing.
If you prefer a specific pick-up time, please contact customer service in advance. If no request is made, the flight tracking setting will be used.
City / Hotel Pick-Up
The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp.
Yokohama Port Pickup
Pickup at Yokohama Port (cruise terminal) is available with an additional surcharge of ¥6,000.
Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
Without notice, the service will proceed according to the original schedule.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase. Extra or oversized luggage may require additional seats.
If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse the service.
