Yoga with Cats exceeded my expectations! The staff at Mew Haven is kind and welcoming, and, of course, all the cats are adorable. Cats came and went, occasionally plopping down on someone's mat, as we set up for and participated in yoga. The cats added an element of calm and lightheartedness to yoga, and we could stop and pet a kitty at any time. After yoga, there was plenty of time to interact with the cats. I had a blast and can't wait to come back!
