For A/H (airport to hotel) Our professional driver will welcome you at the exit of the arrival hall with your Name Board. The free waiting time is 1 hour after the actual arrival time. (So you have 2 hours of free waiting time after landing, so don’t worry about passing all airport border control, customs, and visa check luggage pick-up procedures!) The pick-up name, flight number, and drop-off address need to be provided.

For H/A (hotel to airport) The meeting place is in your hotel lobby. The driver will hold your Name Board and wait there at the appointed time. Usually, the pick-up time is 3.5 hours in advance for international flights and 2.5 hours in advance for domestic flights. (During peak hours, some airports may require an additional hour or more to ensure you arrive on time.) The pick-up name, flight number, and airport terminals need to be provided.

• If your flight is delayed, we will check the flight information in advance and adjust your pick-up time accordingly. In the case of connecting flights, please note that we are only able to check the flight details printed on this voucher.
• If you are unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it’s your responsibility to call the number shown on your voucher for assistance before making alternative arrangements.
• If your pick-up/drop-off details change, you must amend your booking immediately.
• Unless otherwise stated, 1 piece of medium-sized luggage is allowed per person. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the space of the vehicle, it’s your responsibility to pay for a taxi to carry your luggage.
