Don.t believe bad rewies - Perfect and kinly driver. On time arrival. I don,t know how people can write bad on this company. For me perfect Company.

Easy transfer from Yerevan to Tbilisi. - It was very easy. We stopped along for lunch and bathroom. Passport control was easy on both sides of the border.

Issue with communication - The drive from Yerevan to Tbilisi was cheap, smooth, fast and we appreciated the professional driving throughout the journey. However, the lack of English made communication difficult for some of us. At times we weren’t sure why we had stopped, and this caused a bit of confusion. For example, when we stopped for gas we grabbed some quick, not the best food, only to discover a proper lunch stop just a few minutes later. At the border crossing it also would have been helpful to have some explanation of the process, as we didn’t know what was happening or how long it would take. Overall, the driving itself was ok, but clearer communication in English would have made the trip much easier

Punctually from A to B. - Punctual, Mercedes bus was spacious and the seats quite comfortable. Pee break at a small restaurant and supermarket was planned and not too long. Driver was good and has quite adhered to the regulations, few wild overtaking maneuvers.

you see - The minibus takes you to your destination, but driving is not for everyone .. the driver was going very fast and overtaking everywhere, in curves, uphill, in villages - 5/6 hours of anxiety guaranteed

Rip off - I think this company is a scam. They sell more tickets than they can transport. And if they don't sell enough, they cancel your trip hours before departure and tell you they'll refund your money, but they don't. The phone support staff only speak Russian and no one helps. I don't recommend them.

This was the WORST! Take the train instead! - I took the overnight sleeper train FROM Tblisi to Yerevan and it was awesome! I had a sleeper coupe with a bed, sheets, pillows, phone charger and tiny light. There was dinner service and hot coffee and tea available and the private bathrooms had showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors and were spotless clean! NOW CONTRAST with the bus ride back. The driver didn't speak any English, didn't tell us when there would be a bathroom break or food break, didn't communicate at all with us and was ZIPPING around corners like a crazy person giving everyone car sickness. Then when arriving to "Tblisi" we were all dropped off past 10pm in the middle of nowhere and I had to spend as much as I had spent on the whole awful bus ride on a taxi to take me the rest of the way to my hotel. What an awful ride.. take the train both ways!

Don’t book!! - Fake company!! Booked the tickets with vaitor for 7 am went to the pickup place showed the tickets to the driver he took a picture of the ticket called someone and refused to let me onboard. Tried calling the company number doesn’t exist, went to their office, and guess what? The office doesn’t exist. Horrible horrible experience that too at 7 in the morning. Worst experience ever. DON’T BOOK THIS!!!

We booked a trip from yerevan to tbilisi for 4 persons expecting safe, reliable transportation from POPUTI ( PoPuti ) application with Cheap transportation company —but instead we were abandoned at the border by their driver without warning or any support. The driver didn't turn on the air conditioner despite the strong wind outside , we get sick because of him. Their driver’s actions were unacceptable. He took our money and then disappeared, leaving us at the border. We called the company repeatedly—not a single call was answered. No assistance, no follow-up, nothing. Because of their driver’s irresponsible behavior, my family was left stranded for hours, until 7:00 p.m., exposed to stress, discomfort, and unnecessary risk, just waiting for someone else to finally pick us up. This is not only unprofessional, it is completely unacceptable and dangerous.

Do not use this service - Absolutely outrageous experience! The driver behaved like it was still the communist era — showing total disrespect to passengers. We had a half-hour delay without any explanation, it was cold and raining, yet despite our polite requests, he refused to close the car doors. He yelled at us constantly, even though we told him several times that we did not understand his language. He made insulting gestures at us like we were animals, hissed at us, and screamed whenever we were supposed to get out of the van — without giving any proper instructions. At the border, again, he only barked at us in his language. Thankfully, other passengers told us we needed to take our backpacks. To make things even worse, the driver stole our cigarettes, and when we asked about them, he screamed at us again — and even hit me, a woman! I wrote to customer support, but even though they read the message, they didn’t even bother to reply. The driver was reckless and drove like a complete maniac. This was a horrifying, degrading experience. Never, ever use this company!
