• Charent’s Arch - The journey begins at the Arch of Charents, named in tribute to the esteemed Armenian poet Eghishe Charents, who penned a remarkable poem celebrating Armenia with genuine love and pride. • Garni Temple - The subsequent destination is Garni Temple (77 A.D.), the sole surviving pagan temple in the entire post-Soviet region. The temple stands elegantly on a high plateau, overlooking the Azat River gorge, surrounded by stunning natural beauty. The Greek-Roman bathhouse, adorned with a mosaic crafted from 30,000 pieces of natural stone, along with the remnants of the royal palace, transports visitors back to the 3rd century A.D.

A short 10-minute walk from Garni Temple leads to a charming local restaurant offering a spectacular view of the temple. Here, visitors can unwind and participate in a master class on tasting freshly baked lavash, the traditional Armenian flatbread.

• The Monastery of Geghard - The Geghard Monastery complex is another historical highlight of this tour. St. Geghard represents the lance used by the Roman centurion to pierce Jesus after the crucifixion. This lance was later brought to Armenia and preserved in Geghard Monastery for five centuries. The complex showcases 13th-century Armenia, regarded as the Golden Age of the nation’s architecture. The most remarkable feature of this complex is its architectural design, with churches carved into solid rock, constructed according to Armenian architectural principles.
