They use fine flavor cacao beans, cocoa butter instead of palm oil, and other high-quality ingredients. Zotter also known as 100% organic, FAIR-TRADE chocolatier, ranks among the best chocolatiers in the world with its variety, quality, and creativity. In 2014, Zotter opened the Chocolate Theatre in Shanghai. It’s a chocolate adventure world with tasting tour included, spread out over a 2400 square meter space. The Zotter Chocolate Theatre Shanghai is one and only heritage-protected brick factory in China, all chocolates are imported from Austria. Now, we imported around 250 different flavors , our range includes the Hand-scooped Choco, Labooko, Balleros, Mitzi Blue, Classic, Fruit Bar, Light Bulbs, Drinking Chocolates, Choco Lolly and Handmade Mixing bar.

Also our entire business is Fair Trade verified. We are a member of WFTO (the World Fair Trade Organization.) We imported around 250 different kinds of chocolates to Zotter Chocolate Theatre Shanghai. You can taste various chocolates during the indulgence tour.
