• Yangon (Rangoon) - This morning, guests will be picked up by the Company’s Tour Guide at their hotel for a half-day Yangon Sightseeing Tour. Highlights include downtown Yangon, featuring Sule Pagoda, City Hall, Mahabandoola Park with its Independence Monument, and historic Colonial buildings such as the Telegraph Office, High Court Building, Myanma Port Authority building, Accountant General’s Office, and Custom House, among others.

The tour also includes a visit to Botahtaung Pagoda, a renowned landmark by the Yangon River, known for its large internal cavity and Relic Chamber. A stop at the Strand Hotel, a three-story, five-star hotel built in 1901, which remains one of Southeast Asia’s few grand colonial hotels, is also included.

The tour concludes with a transfer back to the hotel.
