There is a little check-in booth at the entry gates of the basilica. I will meet you there, and we will walk together (10 feet) to the ticket office, restrooms, and gift shop. We will then start the tour of the basilica and its grounds.

If you want tours in English, don’t hesitate to book! - Jean Luc did a fabulous job communicating with me after I contacted him with questions about my booking. His joyful personality made for a wonderful tour of the basilica. I learned so much and I learned it in ENGLISH. Thank you! Afterwards, because I had expressed interest, he connected me with another tour guide who took me to a few more interest points around the city. He was also extremely knowledgeable, personable and easy to get along with. All in all it was a delightful way to spend the day and more importantly it felt like I was doing it with friends. These guys are great! Very professional and very pleasant. The other reviews give great pointers, which I found to be very helpful as well.

Jean-Luc BERE has great English & passion for his job and city! - Jean-Luc is an English (and French) speaking guide at the Our Lady of Peace Basilica. Book with him in advance, and he’ll facilitate the visit to the giant beautiful church. You can then chat with him about a tour to see the other highlights of Yamoussoukro like the beloved Former President’s Foundation, Palace as well as the golf course. There are cocoa plantations and an artisan shopping village nearby as well if you want to bring Jean-Luc with you in your car. He can organize a vehicle as well if necessary. Good Tour - I thought the tour included other sites in Yamoussoukro, but upon closer read the description says "with views of ..." So the hour was spent touring the Basilica, which is indeed beautiful. My English guide Constant is well informed and easy to chat with. Recommend, especially for the price.
