Your guide will accompany you throughout the hike, ensuring you stay on the correct path and avoid the steepest sections of the old wall. The hike lasts between 3 to 4 hours and concludes at the Mutianyu Great Wall. If you prefer not to walk further, a cable car is available to descend the mountain quickly, or you can continue walking for an additional 30-40 minutes to reach tower number 6 and slide down by toboggan (weather permitting). The Mutianyu Great Wall is less crowded compared to other sections of the Great Wall of China, offering breathtaking views and a more thrilling hike due to its sharper and more challenging terrain. Prepare for an enjoyable and invigorating experience! Your hiking guide will lead you to meet your driver at the Mutianyu site, and you will be transported back to your hotel in Beijing.
