• Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - Please specify your preferred hotel pickup time when booking the tour. On the day of the tour, our guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby.

After being picked up from your hotel, your first stop will be the City Wall. The 600-year-old Xi’an City Wall was constructed during the Ming Dynasty. In the era of cold weapons, the City Wall served as a vital military defense system, safeguarding the city’s inhabitants. You will enter the City Wall through the South Gate. Among all the existing gates of the city wall, the South Gate best retains its original appearance, including the suspension bridge, suspension bridge handling tower, and the enceinte of the gate. The City Wall extends over 13 km. To explore more of the city wall in a limited time, battery carts and bike rentals on the wall top are available and optional.

• Drum Tower Square - After descending from the City Wall, you will stroll through the Bell & Drum Tower Square, where you can view the two towers from the outside. Both towers were also constructed during the Ming Dynasty, with the Drum Tower being 4 years older than the Bell Tower.
• Muslim Quarter - Finally, you will visit the vibrant Muslim Quarter. This food street offers a variety of local foods and snacks, as well as small souvenirs. If you are interested in local cuisine, it is an excellent place to satisfy your appetite.

After the visit, you will be transferred back to your hotel or a designated location in downtown Xi’an.
