Best tour experience I've ever had - We had an absolutely AMAZING experience with Kathy during our Xi'an tour. Although we only had her for 4 days, she was able to bring us to visit all of our must visit destinations in the city such as the Terracotta army, the wild goose pavilion and the Muslim street. She also was very informative during the tours, going deep into the location's history and cultural significance.
The package we had with her included our lunch and she was so generous with her servings, ordering so much delicious food for us till we were about to burst. She also recommended all sorts of street food and restaurants for us to try when we had the chance.
Not only that, but even after the tour, we were having some issues with our train tickets to the next leg of our trip, but Kathy swooped in to rescue us and helped us book the tickets on our behalf even after our tour with her ended.
I honestly couldn't recommend her more.

Fufilled, Exciting, Memorable Xi'an Experience - Kathy picked us up at the airport and took us around Xi'an. She was extremely knowledgeable on so many historical facts. Most importantly Kathy was very patient and accommodating with my 3 kids. She was very receptive to all questions we had and put us at ease.
I highly recommend using her as your guide in Xi'an, especially if you have a family. We have wonderful memories of our trip, thanks to Kathy.

The best tour guide in Xi’an - I am very satisfied with Kathy’s service as out tour guide. She is highly experienced and has extensive knowledge of Xi’an’s history, which she explained to us clearly throughout the trip. She was always by our side and very helpful especially when we went shopping and faced language barriers. She also assisted my friend who was unwell by bringing us to a pharmacy. Since this was a Muslim tour, she was very attentive to our needs especially regarding halal food. Kathy is very friendly and considerate. We are truly happy with this trip. We will definitely recommend her to any friends who plan to visit Xi’an in the future.

The Perfect Guide for China, Stress-Free - I couldn’t recommend Kathy more highly.
She helped us twice: first (2024) in Xi’an for a city tour, and then for the Terracotta Army. Both tours were flawless, and Kathy combined deep knowledge with a constant desire to make our lives easier.
The following year, she arranged tours for us in several cities—again, perfectly—and even on short notice and at odd hours solved issues like sold-out trains and Alipay payments. Her rates are very reasonable, and she’s flexible about tailoring each tour in advance—for example, using public transport instead of a car with a driver.
In conclusion, China can sometimes be challenging, and having a guide who speaks perfect English is truly extraordinary—it makes the whole trip completely hassle-free.

We had such a wonderful time in Xi’an, all thanks to our amazing tour guide Kathy! She remembered each of our food prefe - What an amazing tour experience in Xi’an, all thanks to our wonderful guide, Kathy! From the very beginning, she remembered each of our family members' preferences—what we like and don’t like to eat—and took such thoughtful care of everyone, especially my mum and my son.
My little boy adored her so much that he kept asking about her even after we changed to a new tour guide in another city. Kathy always shared local snacks with us, picking up little treats along the way just to make us smile.
She’s incredibly patient, kind, and truly made me fall in love with Xi’an. Her warmth and attentiveness turned our trip into something unforgettable. I strongly recommend Kathy to anyone planning a trip to Xi’an—you’ll be in the best hands! ❤️

Amazing trip with Xi'An Kathy’s Private Tour - Our trip is pleasurable and enjoyable. Kathy made a great effort in planning and organising trips. Our group consist of elderly, children and young people but she able to make sure it cater to everyone needs.

A Guide Who Truly Care About Tourist Experience - During the entire trip, Kathy was very patient and thoughtful. She planned a flexible schedule that worked well for everyone— elderly in the group could keep up without feeling rushed and the younger ones had plenty of time to enjoy themselves. She even waited in a long queue for more than 30 minutes at a busy bakery to buy us some famous local bread.
When our flight was delayed and our original plans didn’t work out, Kathy handled it really well. She stayed calm, acted professionally, and quickly came up with a new plan for us. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful situation turned out just fine.
