Great choice for exploring Xi'an - Our guide Tracy was wonderful as was our driver. We were picked up easily from our hotel and were able to really explore not just the Terracotta Warriors but also Xi'an - a wonderful city. Tracy was a great host, and explained all the important things we needed to know as we explored the site, with a great knowledge not just of the warriors but also the history of the area. She added colour and interest to our day and was wonderful in helping my mother with a particular request.
The site of the terracotta warriors was, as we expected, very crowded, but Tracy made sure that we had plenty of time to explore and pointed out really important details throughout. Just a note that the cost of the entrance is not included but we were informed about this before and prepared.
Overall highly recommended if you want a really great, clear, knowledgeable guide, and if you want to see more about what Xi'an has to offer!

Great tour - I ended up with a private tour with Roger, who was great. So happy I did not try this on my own. The soldiers are the 8th wonder of the world, amazing. Very crowded with people everywhere and my guide knew all the best spots for photos. Roger spoke English very well and had lots of history and interesting information. He had a excellent suggestion for lunch and the flow was smooth. The driver was also excellent and did a great job avoiding an accident when a bicycle flew into our path.

One day tour of Terracotta army and Small Wild Goose Pagoda - Fantastic tour of some of the highlights of this amazing city. Everything was handled wonderfully, the driver and the entrances to the attractions.
Susan, the guide, is a delight: enthusiastic, knowledgeable and friendly and goes out of her way to ensure that you do what you want to do on your schedule.

Terracotta Museum + others - I joined the small group tour but it turned out only me as the participant. First, they offered to change my date choice but unfortunately I couldn't because of my schedule already set up. The best thing, they did not cancel it and kept going even only me in the (supposedly) group. Feifei is my guide. Her English is excellent and she is very friendly and knowledgeable about the attractions.
Initially, they informed that there would be a lil change in my itinerary, but I got the compensation fair enough, which were lunch, riding a golf car in the City Wall and a brief walk around Muslim Quarter. I was not disappointed with the readjustment.
Lunch was recommended by Feifei with Lintong's origin dish in a halal restaurant since I am a Muslim. Then she took me to the City Wall and rode the golf car. We even dropped by Muslim Quarter and had a brief walk around the Drum Tower and Bell Tower. One of the places we couldn't go to was the Small Wild Goose Pagoda. And since we were a bit advanced from the schedule when we finished, they dropped me at the place so I could visit it on my own, and there was still plenty of time for me to enjoy the park and the pagoda, even the Xi'an museum inside.

Great Experience with Tour Guide Rita - Our Tour Guide Rita and our private driver were waiting upon our arrival in Xi’an and whisked us away to the Terracotta Warriors Tour. Rita made great recommendations that enhanced our experience. We felt very honored to meet the farmer that discovered the Warrior site and having our picture taken with him. The Small Goose Pagoda was beautiful and serene.
Tour was well planned and executed.

Very informative tour - Despite the Terracotta Army itself being rammed full of people and somewhat disappointing, Susan was a very informative tour guide who provided a lot of information throughout the day and answered any questions we had.
The only minor negative was a calligraphy class in a shop, which we weren't especially keen to do and felt like it took time away we could have spent on the city walls.
We're not really tour people, but it was definitely the right choice to see Xi'an in one day!
