The Three Main Excavation Pits:
- Pit 1: The largest and most impressive, featuring the main army of over 6,000 life-sized Terracotta Warriors and Horses arranged in battle formation. The scale, detail, and sheer number of figures are awe-inspiring.
- Pit 2: Offers a more complex view of ancient military formations. It includes cavalry, chariots, archers, and infantry units, showcasing some of the best-preserved and most iconic figures like the kneeling archer.
- Pit 3: The smallest pit, believed to be the high-ranking command post of the army, featuring officers and a ceremonial chariot.
- Ongoing Archaeological Work: Visitors can often observe archaeologists working in the pits, meticulously excavating and reconstructing broken figures, providing a live view of the restoration process.
- Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor - In the Emperor’s mausoleum, visitors will primarily see:
- The Actual Tomb Mound: The unexcavated burial mound of Qin Shi Huang, covered with vegetation. Visitors can view the exterior and stroll around the park-like area, but the interior tomb (said to contain palaces and treasures) remains sealed for preservation.
- Two Bronze Chariots and Horses: A separate exhibition hall houses two incredibly detailed half-life-sized bronze chariots, each drawn by four bronze horses. These are marvels of ancient metallurgy and were discovered near the Emperor’s tomb.

Detailed. Professional and friendly. Very Enganging. - Very Detailed, Friendly and Professional. Jenny.
Jenny has been very proactive and professional during the whole tour. She gave us insights of ancient chinese history of the Terracotta Warriors and the Qin Dynasty. Jenny is very friendly and she also had the chance to jokes with us at moments to make the experience more fun and engaging. Thanks to Jenny, we learned something new and also had a very good experience here.

Fantastic tour. - Great tour with a friendly and knowledgeable guide Jenny.
Her English was great, no issues with communication.
She was waiting for us at the entrance of the Tickets office on time.
She also suggested to see 3D movie about Terracotta, if you have time, please do it, you will feel like part of the expedition.

Terracotta warriors guided tour - We (2 adults. 2 children - 12 and 7) were lucky enough to take a guided tour of the terracotta army with Jenny.
Communication with Jenny prior to the tour was excellent, Jenny organised our tickets and met us by the ticket office.
Jenny was very informative to the adults in our group and kept our children interested and engaged.

Terra Cotta warriors with Jenny - We had a great experience with Jenny! My favorite part is that she was very patient, I did not feel rushed at all and was able to enjoy the entire exhibit. She was also very detailed and pointed out many things the naked eye would not see. I have always wanted to see the Terra cotta warriors and have read and watched so much about it but seeing it in person and having Jenny as our guide has made me appreciate this amazing piece of history even more! Highly recommend.

Super Jenny - I had a very fun morning thanks to Jenny! She helped me get around very easily and she knows all the good spots to stand for the best view. Her explanation made the experience also much nicer because it helps you to understand what you're looking at. Without her I would have been lost for sure. And she also speaks Italian!

We had an amazing tour with such an informed guide. She was so nice and accommodating and made sure we saw the best spots! Defin - Amazing guide! Amazing tour! It was the experience of a lifetime! I definitely recommend. She was invested, a great presenter, and so dedicated to give us the best experience we could get. Even on a time crunch, she made sure we got to see the most important and spectacular parts! We learnt a lot while having fun!
