Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - In the afternoon, return to Xi’an city to visit the City Wall. Constructed in the 14th century, this 8.7-mile (14-km) fortification features watch towers, parapets, gates, moats, and drawbridges. Its broad top is now frequented by leisure-seeking cyclists and couples enjoying afternoon walks. Join them and listen as the guide shares the wall’s history.

Mt. Huashan
Huashan Mountain - Meet the guide and driver at the hotel and set off for Huashan Mountain. During the 2-hour drive, discover the mountain’s significance as a vital Daoist site. Take a cable car to the North Peak, surrounded by steep cliffs on three sides, with the south side leading to the other four peaks. Ascend the Ear-Touching Cliff, Heavenward Ladder, and Black Dragon Ridge to reach the Golden Lock Pass and visit Middle Peak (Jade Maiden Peak) and the East Peak (Facing Sun Peak). Then hike to the South Peak, which stands 2,160 meters above sea level, the highest peak of Mt. Hua. Test your bravery on the renowned Changkong Plank Trail, a 0.3-meter-wide path built along a sheer vertical cliff. Finally, visit the West Peak, the emblem of Mount Hua, known for its breathtaking views and a must-see for visitors. Take the cable car down the mountain and return to the car for the journey back to Xi’an.
