Arrival in Xi’an

The Museum of Qin Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses - Upon arriving in Xi’an (it’s recommended to book a flight arriving before 11:00 am), a local guide will greet you with a welcome sign displaying your name and escort you to the renowned Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, often referred to as “the Eighth Wonder of the World.” This museum showcases exceptional sculpture artistry and includes three Terracotta figure pits along with the Bronze Chariots and Horses exhibition hall.

Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Dayanta) - Visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, constructed during the Tang Dynasty to house Buddhist Sutras brought from ancient India by Master Xuanzang. You can also enjoy a leisurely walk around the nearby square.

Xi’an-Mt Huashan-Xi’an

Xi’an - Your English-speaking tour guide will pick you up from your Xi’an hotel at 8:30 am, arriving at Mount Huashan by 10:30 am.

Mount Huashan - Begin with a cable car ride to the North Peak. Here, you will have free time to admire the stunning mountain views. At the summit, explore famous sites including Buddhist and Taoist temples, sculptures, and engravings. Your guide will provide detailed information beforehand, allowing you to enjoy hiking and exploring the four peaks independently. In the afternoon, the tour guide will meet you at the North Peak to take the cable car down together.

Xi’an - At 5:00 pm, the driver will be waiting at the mountain’s exit gate to transfer you back to your Xi’an hotel.

Please bring your own lunch today, as we will be on the mountain top during lunchtime and there are no restaurants available.

Departure from Xi’an

Xi’an City Wall (Chengqiang) - After breakfast, meet your guide in the hotel lobby to begin today’s tour. First, visit the 600-year-old City Wall to learn about this ancient military defense structure. Visitors have the option to ride a bike on top of the wall.

Muslim Quarter - Next, stroll along Muslim Street, where you will encounter a variety of local foods and snacks.

Xi’an - After the tour, the guide will accompany you to the airport for your departing flight from Xi’an (it’s suggested to book a flight after 6:00 pm).
