• Artist Point - A stop at Artist Point offers stunning views of the Lower Falls along the Yellowstone River. This is a must-see in Yellowstone. The 308-foot falls are framed by the vibrant canyon. Although it can be a bit crowded, the experience is worthwhile! After admiring the falls, the group leaves the crowds behind to continue on the dirt trail.
• Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone - After departing Artist Point, the group embarks on the dirt trails. The hike along the rim of the Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone provides more breathtaking views. The path then leads into the forest for a walk among endless pines, passing mud pots and steaming vents.
• Yellowstone National Park - A pause at Clear Lake allows for a moment of tranquility. Wildlife and wildflowers are often spotted here.
• Hayden Valley - The trail offers expansive views of the Hayden Valley, where mountains meet the sky. It’s an excellent location to observe bison, and occasionally bears or wolves, from a safe distance.
• Yellowstone River - The hike concludes along the Yellowstone River, where calm waters transform into rapids before cascading over the Upper Falls.
