• Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge - The Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge is a significant bridge in China, located in Wuhan, a city divided by the Yangtze River. Prior to its construction, transportation across the river relied mainly on ferries, which were inconvenient and time-consuming. This double-deck road-railway bridge features an upper deck for vehicles, facilitating smooth crossing for cars and buses, while the lower deck is designated for railway transport. The bridge’s piers are robustly constructed to endure the river’s strong currents and heavy traffic loads.
