Family fun for all ages - Family fun day out. This was our second time to visit WOI. We went today for the Easter egg hunt. I have two daughters aged 6 and 5 months. My 6 year old loved the Easter egg hunt which was really well organised. She then enjoyed going around all 3 floors taken in all of the illusions especially the vortex and bustop. My 5 month old even seemed to enjoy taken in the different sights and colours. The team there are really friendly and it is all very well organised. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Great day out - Great, fun day out. Lots of photo opportunities! Went with teens and they really enjoyed the experience. Would recommend as a day out with kids of all ages.

Interesting but need two people - Interesting. Especially the infinity rooms and vortex. Some exhibits require two people to work, if visiting on own wouldn't have been so good.

Good spend of an hour - A good exhibition. Some parts are exceptional and others are a bit meh. It was a little busy when we were there but overall it was fine. Worth a visit.

Good but overpriced - Visited with 2 children around 10 years old and we all enjoyed it. Starts with a lot of static very similar visual illusions, which they've placed too close together which makes viewing tricky. In fact this was a theme, it was very busy and cramped in places. Some great more expansive illusions, for example the Ames room and the vortex. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a nice place to visit but it's not great value. It cost more than the Titanic Experience in Belfast which has considerably more to explore.

Great idea but dirty - The exhibition is a great experience. We had done one similar in Valencia back in January. However, the major disappointment for us was the fact that the building is totally filthy. There is a thick layer of dust or even construction dust all over the place. Our shoes were destroyed and you didn’t feel good putting your bags down. All the windows and mirrors are covered in dirty handprints. It’s a bad show and especially when customers are paying high prices. Also there were no members of staff around the exhibition to explain certain points. Overall badly managed.

Waste of money, nothing new - Found everything terribly boring and had already been seen before on Facebook. The only good thing was the vortex tunnel which was trippy and made me feel sick, as though I was spinning and couldn’t stand on the floor straight: a terrible waste of money was our overall felling. And tried to charge 12 euro for the fun pictures you could create there wish we didn’t bother even looking at as we were not gonna waste more money than we had already wasted. Disappointing!!! 25 euro entry not worth it!

Over crowded and some displays not working - We heard great things about world of illusion but unfortunately our visit wasn’t great. Far too many people let in at the same time. When we were checking in a large group tried to check in 30 mins before their time and staff said sure we’ll squeeze them in now: We couldn’t enjoy reading what was on the walls as crowds stopping in front of us. Also a few displays not working on the day. Ended up leaving with kids after 35 minutes. I think there should be more staff on the walk around to help keep things moving especially at the hair cutting station as some adults were sitting down for well over 10 minutes while small kids were hanging around.
