Fantastic illusions, great craic & amazing staff - My 9 year old and I had a great time at World of Illusion. The tours layout was great. We enjoyed the interactive experiences and the illusion art that decorates the walls. My favourite was the interactive screen with the illusion games on the first floor. My daughters favourite thing was the Vortex tunnel in the basement section of the building. We spend around an hour exploring the building and the many art / illusion instalments. I really enjoyed how many of the art pieces were Dublin centric. There are also really cool and mind-bending photo opportunities available. We got our photos made into keyrings! Would highly recommend World of Illusion. The location is fantastic and the staff were friendly & helpful. The gift shop had lots of cool stuff, we got the spy glasses that let you see behind you, and also a zorbie toy that makes it look like you are levitating a ufo shaped disc. That was a lot of fun, I was no good at it but my daughter really enjoyed it.

Robert and Liam are the best !! - Just went there with my friends and it was the best experience ever! Robert and Liam were the best, most accommodating, funny, wonderful, pretty, hospitable, iconic hosts we could have hoped for. Would go back just for them honestly!!! They made the experience even better :).

Sodium vapor lamp is still missing. "Tunnel" with turning effect is great. - It would be a bit unfair to judge one museum "Dublin World of Illusion" and misappropriate the other museum "Illusion Museum Dublin". Both museums have more or less the same theme area and both museums are quite close together. I visited both museums and both museums are worth visiting! The Dublin World of Illusion is larger than the other museum. What distinguishes the World of Illusion from the other museum are, among other things, a spinning "tunnel" that, when passed through, gives the feeling that you are spinning yourself while the tunnel is stationary. I have seen this effect in other museums and in an attraction on Hamburg Cathedral. In addition, the World of Illusion has three rooms where clever mirrors give the feeling that you are standing in an infinitely large room. One thing I missed in both museums is a room with a sodium vapor lamp, as can be found in the experimentarium in Hellerup, Copenhagen. The special thing about a sodium vapor lamp is that it emits yellow light in a very narrow range of the light spectrum. This makes everything in the room look monochrome.

Run down and missing sections - Run down, staff seemed unhappy to be there, a few of the exhibitions were damaged or missing, only took 45 minutes to go around. A lot of the attractions were just pictures on the wall

Skip it - Overpriced, so much money-so little to see. Not worth to visit at all. Have been to other museums of illusion in other countries-paid less and experienced more. Would not recommend.

Disappointing - Disappointing and expensive. We stayed in the family, two adults and two children, unattractive compared to other museums seen. this costs a lot and from 4 years pay them too. I mean I wouldn't recommend it.

Not worth the money. - Nothing exciting. It was so simple and not that much to see. Entrance fee not worth it, just spend it to other tourist attractions.

Not as grand as the one in Scotland - I've been to the one in Edinburgh so I had high expectations for this one but its very small and doesn't have much variety compared to Edinburgh. No lockers to keep your coats either. Very disappointed.
