Lovely gardens - Beautiful and accessible! These gardens were so lovely, not been before and will definitely return. So many spring flowers , the tulips were amazing! Clean and tidy cafe/food court. Disabled toilets available. Saw they had a good amount of mobility aids available to borrow too which was good to see. Very easy to find travelling as well sign posted ,disabled parking close to building and garden centre. The tropical house was so good, with an amazing variety of plants including bird of paradise flower, really pleased we visited

Really great with the family - Great gardens, had a really nice experience and worked really well for a day out with the family. Lots of food options and places for a picnic plus some really nice walking routes. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful lightshow! - We came here on Saturday evening to do the 'Wisley Glow' light trail through the gardens. When we arrived for the 5.30 slot there were spaces in the car park (and its huge!) but by the time we left at around 7, you could see that spaces were highly sought after, so it pays to get there a bit earlier. There was a small queue to get in, to get tickets scanned, then we simply followed the trail!. We have done a few light trails in the area (Windsor was last year) but this has to be my favourite. So much care and attention to the light placement, and so many great photo opportunities. This was a really festive, lovely trail. There are a few places on the way around that offer refreshments, marshmallows, crepes, mulled wine etc, and a lovely musical light show on the pond by the house at the end. Cost £70 for a family of four non RHS members so it isn't the cheapest, but it is well worth doing!

A dip in the green - A dip in evergreen England. Everywhere even in autumn you are surrounded by a bright green that envelops you and makes you breathe... a real charm. For me coming from Milan it was a really exciting experience. There were also autumn colors. Despite it being a rainy day I enjoyed the time in this immense garden

Beautiful grounds & great value annual membership - The membership is reasonable, the grounds are immaculate and the shop has everything you could want/need. Wisley Glow was a really lovely evening out and we will certainly return this December. I also enjoyed the Thursday Murder Club week with the clues/trail.

Poor food experience at the Food Hall - Went for Mother’s Day and the gardens were enjoyable however the experience at the food hall was very poor. First there was a long wait. When we eventually got served the sausage rolls were dry, Mac and cheese had dried out - no sauce visible. When complained to the cashier she said she is not responsible and told me to join the long queue again. This very disappointing lunch cost £75.00 !!!

Abysmal chalet food - Went for early evening entry to Wisley Glow. The 'glow was ok but nothing special. Probably aimed at children not adults! The chalet food was dire. Greasy and fatty offerings only. Thankfully the cafe at the entrance was serving baked potatoes otherwise we would have left hungry. Pizza was available at the Greenhouse cafe but that would have meant going round the trail again. It impossible in this day and àge to serve healthy food from a few chalets?

Lovely garden…harrowing experience with parking - A beautiful garden but absolutely horrific experience with the car park. Genuine gridlock at the end of the day trying to leave. We waited an hour in our car watching the queue of cars waiting to leave not move a single inch in all that time! We only escaped because a member of staff came and opened a service road and fortunately we had not joined the main queue so were able to get out. Plus we had our baby in the car with us! It was so stressful that we are not sure if we ever want to go back again. Also when we went to the cafe to get a couple of coffees it took 30mins from ordering and paying to actually being served the coffees! I would not suggest going to Wisley at the weekend…

Visitor Services. - We have been members of RHS Wisley for many years and due to visit Wisley Glow in the next few days. This morning I realised I had made a mistake on the online booking submitted two months ago for the event. I ‘phoned Wisley this morning to discuss my mistake. The person I spoke to was a rather grumpy lady called Liz, seems she is a very important Senior Visitor Services Assistant. After a rather curt exchange from Liz she agreed to add one other adult to our booking at a price of £12.25. Payment to be made on the day Liz said to which I agreed and I repeated just £12.25 before we hung up. On the following email confirmation there was a £3 admin charge which Liz failed to mention. I replied to the email saying I agreed to the £12.25 but queried the admin charge. Liz replied saying that was for changing the ticket! Seriously, a click of the wrist to add one more ticket and that incurs £3! If Liz had been more customer focussed during our conversation I would have overlooked the £3 charge as that may well be in their T&C’s. As many reviews on here comment how grumpy the staff are in the restaurant and other garden areas, I am afraid I have to concur with them. RHS Wisley might benefit from running a personal development course or the like!
