Enlightened ⛴️🛶 - My friend and I enjoyed this well-needed, enriched excursion in Williamsburg, VA. We left our tour more knowledgeable and aware about our taken away by ships ethnicity in USA and the question 'why'? was answered. Lonnie is awesome explaining this American history at its inception of slavery! This tour is highly recommended!

Eye Opening - Very informative. Learned things I didn’t think I wanted to know. Guide was war and personable. It was a pretty hot day for an outdoor tour, but we stopped in plenty of shady spots along the was.

Eye opening - This tour was well worth my money and time. Our tour guide was so knowledgeable about the institute of slavery and how the city of Williamsburg benefited from their unpaid labor. There isn't much mention of them in the written narratives within the history of Williamsburg.

Things they never told you about in school. - My wife and I very much enjoyed the tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and explained things in an interesting but also entertaining way. He dealt with a lot of the background info of how slavery first started in the Jamestown area, how it expanded and the financial and political dealings that went on in the background.
