Great, smooth experience. - We arranged private transportation from the Curacao airport to the Sandals Royal Curacao Resort. We were very pleased with our experience from the beginning. Ralph communicated with us right after booking. He then communicated the night before confirming he would see us the next afternoon, and reminding us to complete our digital immigration form. The morning of our flight he again reached out to confirm where exactly he would meet us. This was all very helpful to us. Once we arrived he assisted with our luggage. His car was comfortable and cool, and he offered us bottled water. We enjoyed conversing with Ralph on the way to the resort. On the return trip, I realized that we might need to be picked up earlier than I originally arranged. I reached out to him and it was no problem to make that change.

Dependable and congenial - We arranged for Ralph to pick us up at Sandals to take us to Willemstad and back. He was right on time and even made sure I knew what kind of car he would be driving. We found him friendly and very informative. When our plans changed and we requested an earlier return he was very accommodating.

Excellent service - would definitely use again - Excellent service and communication. Ralph confirmed and communicated almost immediately after booking. He was right there at the airport and the pickup was seamless after a long flight. He knew the backroads to take to avoid much of the traffic and had us at the resort in no time! The return trip was easy as well. He communicated the pickup time and reminders via text and was right on time. I would highly recommend this service and would use again in future trips to Curacao.

Car service to my resort - The service was amazing. He even offered to tour the island at my convenience. The car was very clean and driver was right on time

Professional Service! - Mr. Ralph Luidens provided excellent customer service! He cheerfully greeted my wife and I upon arrival to Curacao and transported us to our resort. He also provided transportation to the airport for our departure. He was punctual, friendly and easily accessible for any questions. We are grateful for the service he provided.

5 Star Experience!! - 5 star experience!! Ralph was incredible! He was easy to reach whenever we had an unexpected delay getting in, and able to accommodate our new arrival and departure times. He was in constant contact with us to inform us when he’d be picking us up. Great driver, will definitely use again.

Worth the price - Highest recommendation for Ralph. He communicated with us frequently and was on time for pick-up at both the airport, on arrival, and at the resort for departure. He gave us a quick tour of the downtown on our way to the resort and we still arrived before the resort shuttle. This allowed us to check-in and get to our room much quicker and start enjoying the resort before the rest of the new arrivals.

Highly Recommend - I would highly recommend Ralph. He was so friendly and easy to communicate with. He was promptly at the airport for our arrival as well as picking us up from Sandals for departure. We were able to check right into our room as soon as we arrived before the bus load came from the airport with everyone else coming to Sandals!! Private car service worth the money. - Well first of all I don't write reviews (good or bad) so this is out of the box for me. However, Ralph was worth the effort. Professional, prompt, communicative and friendly. I would definitely use this service again and suggest that anyone looking for private car service reach out to Ralph. Many of the other vehicles in town don't look so nice, but this was first class professional service.
