Highly Recommend !! - What an amazing tour from start to finish… Luke was our guide, we’d never seen anyone so passionate about their job. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and made the whole experience memorable. Would definitely recommend you book a tour even if you are not a gin drinker 😁

Great tour! - Great tour at Bombay Sapphire. Our tour guide had so much knowledge and it was funny as well. The gin is delicious I’m not a fan of tonic myself so I would prefer lemonade but u destined that tonic is the usual go to mixer. The botanical houses are stunning and nice variety. We had lunch after the tour and the pizzas and cocktails were delicious. I highly recommend and I would do this again in the future.

Amazing tour - Seb was an amazing tour guide and very informative. Was lovely that we had the gin and tonic before the tour whilst watching a video before starting our tour. Lots of history to the buildings.

Not to be missed - I’ve wanted to visit the distillery since watching a documentary on its development from a derelict site to an amazing transformation to a state of the art distillery with a stunning glasshouse which houses the botanicals. Our guide Luke was highly entertaining while being extremely knowledgable. The tour began with a G & T which was made like a piece of theatre and enjoyed in the mini theatre. We explored the buildings and learnt their history, explored the glasshouses, which are essentially a glass sculpture before learning about the 11 botanicals that once blended make the excellent BS gin. Smelling, tasting and handling the dried botanicals was a fun experience. When the tour finished we enjoyed a light lunch in the bar The tour is highly recommended for enhancing the knowledge of gin enthusiasts

Great experience, give it a go. - I’m not a Gin drinker but my wife is, so as a gift I purchased this experience for her. I have to admit, the whole experience was enlightening! Chloe, our tour guide was knowledgeable, professional and engaging. As a couple, we learnt so much about distilled and botanical gin processing which demonstrated to us on how Bombay Sapphire Gin arrives at our retail outlets. We’d highly recommend this experience to one and all.

A very interesting event - If you do have any interest at all in gin. Whether it be the taste of the spirit, the cocktails, the distilling or its history then you could not wish for a better place to visit and whet your appetite for it. The Bombay Sapphire distillery is not big, its set on the site of a 400 year old mill, selected originally for the access to the small river that runs through it and developed over a couple of hundred years to be the perfect place to distil its very fine product. The tours here are frequent and friendly as we found with our very knowledgeable and conscientious guide Mark. He took us first to select a generous cocktail of our choice, which we then took into a cinema and were able to finish at our leisure while watching a short film about the company’s products. Next we started the tour proper and were given by our guide, Mark, detailed histories of the various activities relating to the buildings on the site, their histories and original as well as current uses. This included going into some such as the fabulous domed glasshouse that have growing examples of all the plants used in the process of making gin. The tour the ends up with a short course in the making and drinking of some fine gin cocktails, this for us was great fun it was hosted in a lovely , humorous way by a vivacious lady called Evie. Afterwards we then relaxed at the Mill bar where we chatted amongst ourselves over some of the finer points of this very interesting event.

Could and should be much much better - Could be much much better, I have done other tours e.g whiskey tours in Scotland which have been infinitely more involved. It’s very corporate and not nearly enough tasting - one shot from a machine which you are watches in case you go one MM over ! Stood outside in the freezing weather as part of the tour when it could have been done inside. Wouldn’t bother
