We have been going on the Eclipse tours for years. The boat we were stuck on was nothing compared to the boat Eclipse had before the merger. It was so bad my wife injured her back in the first 10 minutes on board. The reminder email I received even has the "correct" boat in the picture. Very deceptive!!!! I will not be back. PS - We have been on whaling watching boats all over the world, this was our worst experience by far!

Very disappointed that we only saw a few whales, seals and an eagle. We have been to Monterey Ca. and say many more whales up close, dolphins, and other sea live for half the cost. They also had a qualified person on board on speaker telling you about the marine life you were seeing.

The seats on the kayaks were very uncomfortable. I have 3 eddy line kayaks and a current design kayak and all of the seats have pads that fit in the small of your back. These boats had pads at the base of the seat and pushed your hips forward so you could not lean back except in a reclining position. The guide was excellent and did what she could. The whole group complained about the comfort of the seats however.
