Upon arrival at Chartwell, visitors will have four hours to explore the house, grounds, and studio. A guide will lead the tour through the house and grounds, providing insights into the numerous artifacts and objets d’art, including several paintings by Churchill, which were bequeathed to the National Trust (the current owners of Chartwell) after Sir Winston’s death in 1965.
Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy lunch at the café, or if preferred, they can bring a picnic to savor in the scenic grounds.
