Great fun and exciting! - My partner got this as a Christmas present and it was honestly such a fun experience! We've lived in Leeds for a while but got to see and appreciate things we haven't before. The ending pub was such a hidden gem Would highly recommend! Great for families, couples, groups or just on your own.

Exploring Leeds in a fun way. - It was a lovely, sunny autumn day when we solved the mystery of Houdini's Golden Handcuffs. We were slightly daunted when we saw it was predicted to take 4 hours but off we went. The clues were not too hard, but not too easy either. The boolet is helpful and directions easy to follow. We went with friends, two of whom have lived in Leeds for 70+ years. We found lots of things that we had never noticed before. We had to look up, down and arround not just where we were going. We ended in the favourite pub of the two Leeds residents- a pub where mobile phones aren't allowed so we had to take the golden handcuffs outside to photograph them. We are five friends in our late 70s, early 80s and we finished the trail in about 3 hours (including a pub stop). We met 3 other couples on our journey, all following the same trail! A good, fun informative day out! This is our third mystery solved and we've enjoyed every one.

Cheap day out, historical knowledge, solving clues, having fun. - I really enjoyed this mystery guide, I have also done ones in Manchester, and Chester.I feel like a lot of research has gone into these, and I love to learn about the history, they are well worth the money, and you get a day out, to a place that you might not have been to before.

Except experience, would highly recommend! - Excellent experience! It made you look with new eyes, see lots of wonderful buildings and learn the history. We have been to Leeds many times before but came away feeling we had got to know the true Leeds. Remember, always look up and all around to truly see a place.

Brilliant mystery guide . - Another great mystery was a little bit disappointed that we walked the same streets quite a lot. Puzzles were goid although because of the christmas markets and Xmas tree we had to Google 2 answers.

Solving clues from landmarks and getting a good way of seeing the city - I did the tour in 2 parts, the first with my husband and the second with my mother. We loved seeing things that we might otherwise have overlooked. It was a great way to explore Leeds. The tour directed us to 2 different pubs, which were great but there wasn't much detail about the history of those places and they didn't have any clues that really aligned them to the tour as the Manchester one does. I'm looking forward to the Newcastle one, which I already have and look forward in hope to a Durham one being devised
