Awesome time! - We had the BEST time with West Virginia Adventures! We were on a family vacation with 11 people (6 adults and 5 kids ages 5–11), and this ended up being everyone's favorite part of the trip. We booked a trip on the Upper New River with one raft and three duckies, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. Huge shout out to our guides, Sophi and Mia! They were so much fun, made everyone feel comfortable, and were amazing with both the kids and adults. You could tell they genuinely wanted everyone to have a great time. We got to ride some awesome rapids, jump off rocks, laugh the entire trip, and just enjoy an unforgettable day together. We had so much fun that three of the adults in our group booked another rafting trip later that same week on the Lower New River! We had Sophi and Rad as our guides and they were amazing! One thing I can't recommend enough is getting the photo and video package. They captured so many great moments, and the video they put together is something our family will treasure forever. It's such a fun way to relive the day. If you're thinking about rafting in West Virginia, book with West Virginia Adventures, you won't regret it. We made memories we'll be talking about for years. Riding the waves - It was very organized and a great time! Wally and Oscar were fantastic guides. All eight of us in the raft were completely happy with the trip.

Very worth it - Kristen I believe it was, was great and friendly and made us all feel comfortable and welcome! Glad we had her for our guide!

AWESOME river adventure! - We are in the area as volunteers with Wildernessvolunteers.org working with the national park team fixing parts of their trail system. We only had 1 day to check out the area so I called West Virginia Adventures and asked about an early morning trip for the next day. They planned a wonderful adventure for us! Our guide, Christan, was AMAZING and so much fun! She clearly explained everything we had to do in the boat and how to save ourselves if we were "violently ejected" at anyntime during the trip. And to top it off, she had jokes!! As a group of 55+ adults who wanted a day of excitement, the west virginia adventures crew did NOT disappoint! We HIGHLY recommended this team of river runners for your next trip into the rapids!

- So amazing! Our guide, Crock was a riot. So much better going with a smaller business rather than a large corporation; much more personal and all of the guides had a ton of experience. Definitely go with them over Ace or what have you. They took great photos and a cool video that were readily available to us that same night. Also great safety precautions in place.

We'll come back for more fun! - My family and I had an awesome time whitewater rafting! The guides were great and we had a lot of fun. Definitely we have to come back. Highly recommended 👍

You must book with West Virginia Adventures - What a great time we had. Rad was wonderful even with his sometime corny jokes - 🤣🤣 The ride was amazing, what a beautiful place. It was the highlight of our trip to West Virginia. You have to use this company, family owned and they are the best !!
