The jet boat ride to the... - The jet boat ride to the New River Bridge was awesome! Captain Megan shared lots of info & fun facts during the ride. We saw a bald eagle flying overhead, and Megan stopped the boat so we could all get a good view of the eagle as it flew from the trees. She made the trip a lot of fun for the kids by letting them get a little water spray on the ride. Overall, this was a great adventure to experience on our trip to New River Gorge National Park and Preserve!

Riding in the rain - It rained but was still fun- had pontoon boat instead of jet boat and that probably made ride more leisurely.

GREAT TIME - We had the best experience ever! Loved the boat ride and the Captain (did not get her name) was great also! She was very informative and answered all of our questions. The Shuttle ride down the mountain was scary, however, Larry, our driver, was great also and funny and personable. I would recommend this to everyone!

Enjoyable - The shuttle bus ride to the dock was enjoyable as the driver provided interesting facts about the area and about West Virginia. The boat ride was also nice, albeit brief. Our captain was also very informative and answered the many questions my 11 year old grandson asked. The scenery was nice and the weather was perfect.

Book direct - I was disappointed the jet boat was in the shop and we road on a pontoon. It was nice but not a thrilling ride. The company did offer a full refund if we didnt go at all. And if you didnt book thru Viator you got a partial refund. So I got no money back

Short water tour - This was a nice tour down the river to see the bridge. However, it was not two hours. We were back at the lodge in one and a half hours with only about 30 minutes on the water.

Underwhelming - Underwhelming. Sucked fumes in a rickety boat. Spent more time in the van going to the river than the boat. Captain tried to narrate in a whisper but wouldn’t use a microphone. Would not recommend.
