Drive through Lombok - Incredible personalised experience through Lombok. Communication was always prompt and professional. Julian was my driver for the most part, and what a thoughtful, generous, and kind man. His local knowledge was impeccable, and he was happy to answer any questions. While he absolutely didn't have to, he took us on a tour of the beautiful rice paddies of Tete Batu which I was so grateful for. If I come back to Lombok, this company will be the first one I contact!

Beautiful tour - Julian was a very nice and knowledgeable guy. He could tell us all about locale culture and customs which we really liked. Also very flexible to bring us to the other side of the island at the end of the day. Many thanks.

Well worth doing! - This is a fabulous way of seeing lots of things, interesting chats about culture and history, rice fields, waterfalls, markets, weaving village to name but a few. Our guide, Julian, was full of information and enthusiasm. Highly recommended

Agus the best tour guide ever!! - We had Agus for the day and he has been the best driver/tour guide ever! He organized a day of pink beaches and brought us to Mandalika hill to watch the sunset!

Great Tour! Helpful Guides! - We booked a tour the night before and it was amazing! Our tour guide Agus was friendly, knowledgeable and made our day so awesome!
I have a bad ankle and Agus slowed down to help me walk down the waterfalls, very kind. He also took loads of great photos for us and was happy to make any extra stops we needed (even the supermarket on the way back home).

Joel - The best ever! - My tour guide was the loveliest gentleman named Joel.
His patience, kindness and thoughtfulness was worth every penny spent.
Joel was patient while i asked hundreds of questions and taught me a lot about the history of Lombok. I was unsure how i wanted to spend the day but he chose a lovely waterfall, Sukarara Village, an amazing restaurant with great traditional food and a souvenir shop. The day was supposed to be 8 hours but he went over the top and stayed with us for 11 despite us trying to send him home and finding our own way back.
I HIGHLY recommend asking for Joel.

Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability - Poor experience. Driver slept in and did not answer phone during timing of pickup from port. When we finally got in contact with his company they first stated to be patient with traffic (whereas there was none), but did not acknowledge that the lack of communication was really the problem. They then secondly attempted to lie that no one knew about the booking, whereas I had been communicating with the driver the day before. Traffic is understandable, though there was none on the island, but not being available for communication when no one showed up and responding to the issue with “you should cancel then” is inappropriate. I’m sure they will respond to this message with some form of an apology, but I would advise to future guest of the island to steer clear of them and go with another business that is more considerate in real time.
