Perfect trip to the North Lombok - Yesterday, I chose to explore the North of Lombok - Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep waterfalls, Bukit Selong and Pusuk sembalun. It was a perfect trip! My guide Aby was very nice, helpful and accompanied me around all the places. He was driving safely and everything was on time. I highly recommend this trip and Aby as guide. :)

Our driver/guide Aby... - Our driver/guide Aby couldn’t have been better. He was super accommodating to an injury we were carrying and made sure we still had the best day. It wasn’t like travelling with a guide, it was like having a friend with us. We visited pink beach and surrounding islands, stopped for a fresh lobster lunch and a bintang. We had the best day and want to thank Aby for making it so special.

Highly recommend if you want to see and experience the cultural side of Lombok. - Julian was my guide and he is a wealth of knowledge. I learned so much about not just Lombok, but Indonesia as a whole. He was happy to answer all of my questions and shared so much. I really appreciated the other attractions he took me to, in addition to the sites I sent them, because It was such a great experience that I would have missed it had he not recommended them.
Importantly, Julian was very kind, had good energy, and made me feel comfortable which was important to me as a solo traveler. Highly recommend, especially if you want to see a lot of Lombok in one day.

Beautiful tour - Julian was a very nice and knowledgeable guy. He could tell us all about locale culture and customs which we really liked. Also very flexible to bring us to the other side of the island at the end of the day. Many thanks.

Well worth doing! - This is a fabulous way of seeing lots of things, interesting chats about culture and history, rice fields, waterfalls, markets, weaving village to name but a few. Our guide, Julian, was full of information and enthusiasm. Highly recommended

Wonderful guide, very worthwhile experience - We are so glad we booked this trip! Our driver/guide Julian was very knowledgeable, kind, and had a great sense of humor. Poor Communication and Lack of Accountability - Poor experience. Driver slept in and did not answer phone during timing of pickup from port. When we finally got in contact with his company they first stated to be patient with traffic (whereas there was none), but did not acknowledge that the lack of communication was really the problem. They then secondly attempted to lie that no one knew about the booking, whereas I had been communicating with the driver the day before. Traffic is understandable, though there was none on the island, but not being available for communication when no one showed up and responding to the issue with “you should cancel then” is inappropriate. I’m sure they will respond to this message with some form of an apology, but I would advise to future guest of the island to steer clear of them and go with another business that is more considerate in real time.
