Great Tour - Four of us went on the celebrity home tour on Sunday July 27th. George W was amazing!!!! He is very friendly and knowledgeable. His range of knowledge was amazing. We went on another name brand tour and it was no where near as good which caused us to go on this tour. It was easy to book and the people at the check in stand were friendly as well. I felt safe while he drove through the hills.

Good experience - It was good we saw rodeo drive le hollywood paneau and many celebrities homes the weather has to be good to enjoy the tour make sure you have a sunny day

🚫 Bad Experience – I do not recommend this Enterprise - On Thursday, October 16, 2025, I purchased two tickets for a Spanish tour with the Hollywood and Beverly Hills Tours Enterprise (orange buses located on Hollywood Blvd 6912). The tour offered a guide in Spanish, lasting 2 hours and 30 minutes, a stop at the Hollywood Sign for photographs, and departures every 45 minutes from 10:00 to 17:30. Even a day earlier I personally went to the place to confirm everything and avoid surprises. The app also assured me that the tour was in Spanish. However, nothing that was promised was fulfilled. When we arrived on Friday, October 17th at 10:00 a.m., the staff was lousy and unprofessional. The manager, who was initially friendly to attract tourists, completely changed his attitude when he saw that we already had the reservation paid by Viator. He informed us that there was no Spanish tour, and when I asked to cancel and request a refund, he simply ignored me. I tried to solve it by the app, but they only responded with a generic message regretting the situation. Finally, we were referred to another Enterprise called “VIP Hollywood Experiences” (Hollywood Blvd 6808), whose tour also did not correspond to the contract: it lasted just 1 hour and 30 minutes, did not include a stop in the Hollywood Sign, and the guide shortened the traffic route, omitting several places. To top it off, at the end of the tour the guide came down with a jar asking for tips (suggesting $10 per person) and also asked to leave good reviews. Total disrespect considering the bad experience. In short: • ❌ Don't meet what they offer • ❌ Rude and misleading treatment • ❌ There is no Spanish tour • ❌ Nonstop at the Hollywood Sign • ❌ Incomplete and poorly organized tours These companies are just looking to make quick money and tips, without worrying about providing serious or honest Service. ⚠️ I don’t recommend either Hollywood and Beverly Hills Tours or VIP Hollywood Experiences.

Don't waste your $$ - Drive by is exactly what this was. Our driver barely stopped for photo of Hollywood sign. Never saw the Pink wall on Melrose. Driver seemed more like he was just speaking from a rehearsed script. We got what we paid for which wasn't much I guess..
