VIP Experience!! - Wow! I highly recommend anything with Roatan Five Stars. They make you feel like a VIP throughout your excursion. Our guide was so cool and answered every question with patience and even took pictures for us. You will not regret booking with this service. I'm a single mom with a 14 year old girl and a 13 year old boy and everyone had a great time!

A Zippy day ! - This excursion was absolutely awesome. Beny with Five Star Tours was super.
He was friendly, knows staff at the venues which also had it's perks.
It's a short walk to get to the independent tour operators but if it's not raining the opportunity to stretch the legs was nice.

Best Tour We've Been on Through TripAdvisor Due to Our Guide (Olga) - The activity exceeded our expectations due to Olga, our guide from Roatan Five Stars Tour. My husband and I were privately guided by Olga, and she prioritized our activities so we did the zipline before the heat of the day and before the zipline became crowded. The zipline, monkeys and sloth guides were knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, as this was our first time to zipline. She took us to a chocolate factory that offered more samples and had bigger chocolate bars that cost less than another chocolate factory used by other tours. To ensure the 4-hour tour was filled, Olga also took us to additional places that were not listed as part of the tour including rum tasting at a "traditional" distillery, and at an herb-infused rum distillery, several locations to take spectacular pictures, and a beach. Everyone we met at these places were friendly and knowledgeable, as is Olga. She made the tour memorable and well-worth the cost. This was the best tour we've been on through TripAdvisor.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend Reny with Roatan Five Star Tours! - We had the BEST day in Roatan thanks to our tour guide, Reny! He was waiting for us right when we got off the cruise ship, smiling and ready to go. From start to finish, he was incredibly kind, personable, and easy to talk to. He shared so much about his home island, which made the experience even more special.
Reny took us zip lining, to a wildlife eco park, beach club where we could relax and enjoy the coast, and we also stopped at the tequila and chocolate factory. His car was spotless and smelled great, and he made sure we were always comfortable. He was patient, easygoing, and happy to accommodate anything we asked for.
It’s obvious that Reny takes pride in his job—he is truly an excellent representation of Roatan Five Star Tours. Honestly, he deserves a bonus or raise for the level of care and professionalism he provides. If you’re visiting Roatan, ask for Reny! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic Day in Roatán with Neil! - My husband and I had an amazing experience with Roatán Five Stars! From the very beginning, communication was excellent — they were quick to respond to emails and made planning super easy.
Our guide, Neil, was absolutely wonderful. It was rainy in the morning, but he was so flexible and made sure we still had a great time. He was friendly, knowledgeable about the island, and really went above and beyond to make the day special.
We also felt completely safe and confident that we’d get back to the cruise ship on time — and we did!
Highly recommend Roatán Five Stars and especially Neil for anyone visiting Roatán.

Excursion with dolphins, sloth, monkey, chocolate and rum tour - Rene was great. Very accommodating and always made us feel like a VIP even though it was our first excursion outside the cruise line. Even let my daughter borrow his sunglasses when she didn't have any. Thanks for the great work Rene!

10/10 … Five Star is the way to go!! - We absolutely loved this excursion!! First, it was way cheaper than booking a cruise excursion & had more options to pick from! Next, the team at Five Star was very informative & easy to work with! George was our tour guide & he was FABULOUS!! Very kind, island knowledgeable & easy going! We were able to take our time & didn’t feel rushed at all! We got to the zip line first, before all the crowds! SOO MUCH FUN!! Very kid friendly & that team was so fun to ride with! Then, we went to see the monkeys, deer, sloth, etc. we had no time limit there! We were hungry after that so George pointed us to a restaurant with a gorgeous view! Food was slightly expensive BUT DELICIOUS! We got the fried chicken & whole fish! Last we made a trip to the rum cake factory (not kid friendly) & chocolate factory! They were more touristy but still fun to check out. Over-all a great experience! Five Star is the way to go for sure!! 👍🏽

Outstanding and must experience! - This experience was unforgettable. I can’t believe none of us died… but we all had the time of our lives and it was the highlight of the whole cruise for most of us! The zip lining alone was an unbelievable experience that had us all laughing and adventuring together, but then we got to hold sloths and monkeys and then wait! There’s more! A trip to the chocolate factory and rum factory! We had all shapes, sizes, and ages present and there were smiles all around, especially on the teenagers- priceless!
