Amazing snorkeling trip... - Amazing snorkeling trip from start to finish! Amy was patient with our kids who have never snorkeled and were very needy (to say the least). Reyes our boat driver was great and his son was adorable! Would definitely do this trip again! Learned a lot about Roatan and will definitely be back to the island

Best Snorkeling Trip Ever - We enjoyed our boat and snorkeling excursion in the West End of Roatán so much! We explored the Blue Channel, the Aquarium and Turtle Crossing. Right from the start we had a great experience. We signed up through Viator and immediately got a response from Dani the guide coordinator. He was very responsive and stayed in communication with us throughout the entire process. He sent us all the information we needed to meet our driver when we arrived in Roatán and disembarked from our cruise ship. Our driver Daysi was there at the cruise ship port waiting to pick us up and she was very friendly and talkative. She told us all about the island and life on Roatán as she drove us over to the West End. We got onto the boat and headed out into the bay. All three snorkel spots were amazing! So many fish and other coral reef wildlife were everywhere. The water was warm and the snorkel gear was solid and didn't leak or get too foggy. My wife and I had the best snorkeling experience of our lives in Roatán and we are already planning our return to that island. When we finally get back there we will be booking this exact same snorkel excursion with Dani and Deysi as well as the two boat operators, who were also fantastic! This was a 5-star experience and we would highly recommend you book it if you're able to snorkel while on Roatán. Cheers!

Mario was our Guide and... - Mario was our Guide and did an excellent job. He was very upbeat and informative. He was especially good with our five-year-old and seven-year-old first time snorkelers. He was very patient with us senior citizens. If you’re going to choose one or the three sites, I would recommend the aquarium.

Great and easy experience - Easy as can be snorkeling experience! My girlfriend and I stayed in West End at an Airbnb, and we literally just walked into town and met our guides there on the boat. We hit blue channel, turtle crossing, and a last spot where they fed the fish and had them swim around us. Beni guided us the whole way and was very nice, 10/10 would recommend!

Book with this crew! 10 / 10 highly recommend - 10 / 10 highly recommend. Dani was very responsive and informative after the booking and super helpful with instructions leaving the port. Mario, our guide, was super friendly and knowledgeable about the different snorkle areas and the island. It was very easy to find Mario outside of the port exit and the excursion went flawlessly. I want to come back and experience the island and snorkle areas more because of this experience. Book with this crew, you wont be disappointed.

A mixed experience - Nice early start time and convenient pick up at Infinity Bay. The first location Turtle Crossing was a dud, with unhealthy and dead coral and almost no fish. We swam a long time there and wish we had not stopped there. We enjoyed the Blue Channel a lot - beautiful spot with depth, good coral and marine life. The third location at the Aquarium had too many boats, and as we’re experienced snorkelers, feeding the fish was only fun for a moment. Swimming away from the boats was better, and we saw some great species, including leopard rays and flounder. It was recommended we not use fins because we would be so close to coral, but fins would have been perfectly fine and nice to swim with. There was plenty of depth, and again, we’re experienced snorkelers and are conservation minded, avoiding contact with coral. Our guide was super nice, but he didn’t point out any species of coral or fish while we were snorkeling. Very unusual on a guided tour. For the price, the boat was a disappointment. A water taxi with benches and a two stroke engine that wreaked of fuel and was likely leaking fuel into the water. The ladder needed another rung, as stepping up that high was challenging. We weren’t offered drinking water or told to bring it. Usually it’s specified in the tour listing or confirmation email. The only confirmation email came from Viator and didn't include any details other than the date, and the link to tickets didn't work. For the price, the short duration was also a disappointment, especially considering the first stop was not good. Overall, a mixed experience.
