Both Jim and Dan were very informative, pleasant, and personable. We've seen the PA Grand Canyon from the top, but never from the floor of the canyon. The beauty of the canyon ws breathtaking and the eagle was pointed out to us, along with geese on the creek. Will do it again when we have more guests from home [Virginia]. Great tour for a reasonable fee. Thank you for this service.
We had a fantastic trip down the canyon. Even though only our group of five showed up, we were treated like a full wagon. Our guide, Jim, was very knowledgeable and would periodically stop the wagon to point out interesting things, like eagles. He also was very willing to use my camera to get shots of my entire group with the wagon & horses. In summary, I recommend it as a relaxing trip with fun and friendly people.
Enjoyed the trip. Loved the horses. The scenery was beautiful. The only change I would make was to have the seats in the center of the wagon facing outward instead of around the sides so that the rider is looking at and around the person across from him.
Awesome tour guide made for a great, enjoyable ride! Definitely will be returning for the fall foliage tour!
The scenery was breathtaking and Emie was a delight! We loved you too, Storm!
Emmy was fun and the ride was good. Saw a bear running up the road and a crane only thing id change is the way the seats were positioned.
The entire ride was so beautiful and educational! We weren't expecting to learn so much about the land and the people from years ago. It was very exciting to see my very first Bald Eagle in the wild, so gorgeous! Our driver and speaker were wonderful-so knowledgeable. We can't stop talking about our day!
The ride was relaxing and comfortable, but also informative. It was a great way to learn about the canyon. Our guide and driver were very friendly and knowledgeable but not too intrusive. They stayed quiet at times to let us just enjoy the scenery. The horses were beautiful. The previous day we had hiked the canyon and this was our time to take it easy and enjoy the ride.
Relaxing slow pace and plenty of wildlife
From our warm welcome when arriving to the end, we were entertained with the girls knowledge of the canyon and shared laughs and bird sightings. We all had a wonderful time and plan on returning.
We had a great time on the tour. Thanks!
great tour. very informative Emmy really knew her stuff
Emmie and Davis were very friendly and informative. The ride was very interesting with facts and info and FUN!!
My wife and I enjoyed the nice leisurely ride through the canyon. The guide was very informative and very upbeat with her explanations of the history and surrounding areas. The trainee that was along also was very nice. Even after the ride both were engaging in conversation. You could tell they were doing a job they liked. Even the driver was talking to us afterward.
it was relaxing. narration was great, but a little quiet would be nice too. i purchased a cross made from horseshoe nails what a great thing to have or give.
The canyon was a cool area when the temps were in the upper 80's...a very pleasant and comfortable ride. The guide was very knowledgeable of the area's history and the nature seen in the canyon. We were lucky enough to see deer, a bear and bald eagles.
Interesting tour through nature & history from the bottom of the Grand Canyon of PA.
The tour guide was very informative but I was expecting more of a scenic outlook.
relaxing, informative, our guide did a incredible job of giving us all the necessary information that we needed to understand the formation of this valley and the surrounding ecosystem.
