From there, the journey continues along the Wellington seismic fault line to the botanic gardens, where the exotic and native plants blend beautifully, providing an understanding of New Zealand’s distinctive flora and fauna as visitors walk through lush New Zealand bush.
Upon reaching the top of the gardens, at the summit of the cable car, guests can enjoy the stunning view, identify landmarks, and get a general orientation of the area.
The tour then proceeds through suburbs and areas that most tourists rarely visit, culminating on Cuba Street, the vibrant heart of the city, for a brief refreshment.
