Excellent experience - A truly evocative experience, taken care of down to the smallest detail. The Swarovski Museum is original, spectacular, and pleasant to visit even with the family. A unique, elegant place that is definitely worth seeing if you are in the area.

Magical play for kids, fun family outing - This was a terrific half-day outing from Innsbruck with our kids. The museum was well done but brief....the real highlight was the play spaces which were brilliantly done - our 8 and 6 year olds had such a good time and didn't want to leave! The circus acts this summer were also enjoyable albeit brief. Highly recommend to traeling families!

A must-see. - We really enjoyed the visit. Everything well-maintained, the interior rooms with the crystal exhibition in various artistic installations were beautiful, the shopping was obviously very nice with Swarovski prices, the garden outside was gorgeous! Very well-maintained, full of play areas for children, rides, and an entire tower for climbing. I recommend going in the morning when there are fewer people; we were there for almost 4 hours. The only downside is the food options; there are a couple of food trucks, but the selection is poor in quality and the prices are insane, which is a shame because otherwise it is very much worth it. Clean bathrooms and water fountains for refilling water everywhere.

Pleasantly Surprised - Swarovski Crystal Worlds is a lovely visit for fans of art installations and fantasy atmospheres. The indoor rooms are wonderfully atmospheric, and the outdoor area is stunning—especially the enchanting Crystal Clouds. The ticket price is somewhat high. I definitely recommend getting there early to avoid the queues and crowds

Dogs prohibited - Dogs are not allowed there.
There are crates for the dogs where you could put them, which I see as animal cruelty if they are locked in there for hours.
At the information desk, it was said that dogs are allowed inside.
But unfortunately, it was forbidden at the ticket counter.
I would have understood that they are not allowed up the mountain, but the dogs were not even allowed on the premises.

Too many people in a small place - Pre booked the tickets for timed slot the place was at capacity so took 35 to get in
The place was so crowded it was difficult to see the displays

Expensive ticket, for weing swarovski. This is an art gallery - Don't expect an explanation of how these crystals are found, or worked. This is an art gallery where light and color are beautifully displayed. With this wrong thought, the ticket is extra expensive. Yet it is cleverly set up.

Standard exhibition, nice park for the kids - Since it was August, it was very crowded. We waited in a long line to enter; at the turnstiles, they pointed out that we had tickets with entry by 9:30 AM, and we explained that the choice had been an unintentional mistake. They sent us back to the ticket offices, yet another line, to pay the €5 supplement for the two of us, but when we arrived at the counter, they said it was not possible and we had to repurchase the tickets in full. It was useless to explain that the attendant at the turnstiles had instructed us to do so. We therefore had to buy the tickets again from scratch and wait in line again.
I would say that it would have been enough to make us pay the supplement and show a little openness to the customer.
Cute exhibition without big pretensions, the most beautiful room is the one dedicated to the stars' clothes and accessories.
At the end of the tour, there is a large store with both old and more recent collections.
Very beautiful and large park full of activities for children.

Disappointing, unfortunately not as good as it used to be, - It was pure chaos; at the entrance, even though a time slot was booked, there was a 30-minute line, and the entrance counter kept switching between 98 and 100%.
In the exhibition, you were just pushed through because of the many visitors.
Then, unfortunately, the best 3D hologram projection of King, Einstein, and Gandhi was no longer shown.
A real shame
Unfortunately, compared to 2022 and 2018, it is just commercialism now.
