Great museum, food and service - We visited the museum which is very cool and interactive. We had booked an hour at the restaurant for lunch. And to our satisfaction, the restaurant attendant had recently gone to Brazil and served us so well that it was wonderful. It was worth too much.

A fairy tale! - Enchanted place, to be amazed. We stayed with the children and it is very pleasant and equipped for them too. Absolutely worth seeing!

Nice Adventure! - We bought the ticket online which included the ornament for 2025 and VIP lounge. The displays inside are simply amazing. This is definitely for adults. It was cold but we walked around the ‘clouds’ display which during a rainy day is just ‘eh’. The carousel is pretty and nice for children and the playtower, probably gives the children something to do since they would be bored looking at the crystals and while someone in the family is shopping. The store is immense, prices are very reasonable! Sylvia in the VIP lounge is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, attentive, polite - clearly a star! She served us two glasses of sekt and some water and coffee. Made the adventure very relaxing and we met a fantastic group from Australia while we were there!

Enchanted, amazed and exciting. - The Crystal Museum and the park were beautiful. In the Crystal Museum you either stand in front of pieces worn by world stars or pieces of jewellery made of Titanic, which was very poignant or you stand under real snowfall in minus 10 degrees. You would like to photograph everything to show it to your loved ones but that would be too much. You have to go there twice to see everything. The park is also very nice and here too you have to stop by winter and summer. We will definitely come back. Restaurant Daniel is also worth a visit. We ate very delicious cake and the staff were super hospitable.

Exit through the gift shop! - We spent about an hour and a half here on a cold, sunny winter day. So, spent the majority of our time inside viewing the exhibits and in the gift shop. My adult girls had no idea what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. The grounds are beautiful, and we took a lap but obviously it wasnt in it's summer glory. If you are near Innsbruck and have a few hours to spare, definitely a worthwhile visit. Bonus-we were there on black Friday and picked up some good deals. Beautiful jewelry and Christmas ornaments.

Magical - Best place ever. Magical Been 4 times now Take your time. I see people just walking through without really taking in the beauty of the creations and the talent behind it all. Take your time. Sit and wonder 😍

Terrible experience - As a fan of museums and of Kylie Minogue as well, I stumbled upon a post where it was stated that they have a costume that the singer wore. Great, we organized the trip and went quite quickly. We had to drive for about 8 hours to get there! The costume was not there anymore. Immagine our disappoinment. And, just to pour some oil on the fire... we asked nicely if maybe wemissed it or what happened. The first lady from the reception was very nice and told us to go with another lady in that room and it should be there. The second lady was very very rude. Ignored our question and just kept going with the costumes they do have. I mean, at least tell me that you do not have it! But waisting my time you are just adding more anger and disappoinment. I just took off. The staff was not honest with me, they did not wabt to give informations and just ignored me. I reallt did not like how the treated us!

Unfortunate choice for our only full day Innsbruck. - We arrived 30 minutes prior to departure with tickets in hand and still had to stand the entire way. We were the lucky ones, some people were denied entrance because the tour was overbooked. People were rude and the bus driver was working alone. He was not able to control the crowd on his own. The hour or so inside the “museum” was OK, my advice is to find pictures online if you’re that interested. The store held the typical jewelry that you can buy anywhere else. The prices were exactly the same, no special deals or specialty items that would make them unique to your experience. We got back to the bus with 45 minutes to spare and were met with the same awful experience! Rude people, no organized lines to enter the bus and the bus driver was on his own. Save your money, enjoy the Christmas markets and a nice meal in Innsbruck.
