Best experience ever!! - I had the best experience ever!!! I used to come here every year on a skiing holiday and had great memories of it. Now a partner and children and I had the desire to come back here with them to let them feel what it is like to experience Austria and the freedom of the mountains. And that I absolutely love the Swarovski crystals. So we went to Swarovski with our family.. I went with the children further down the Swarovski shop to get them an ice cream so I could shop quietly. Meanwhile, my partner secretly went looking for something beautiful. There he was approached by one of the Swarovski employees and he said to my partner, "I think you are planning something" and that was right. My partner explained everything to the employee and he called in the entire Swarovski team. EVERYONE took action to make everything as great as possible. Meanwhile, over the ice creams, a lovely employee came to have a chat with me, unaware that this was a diversion. As much fun as our chat was, I also wanted to go shopping. So I went back into the shop... I was suddenly escorted to the V.I.P. lounge... There was my partner waiting for me... We were escorted to a beautiful set up table with Swarovski stones and champagne and there I was asked to marry me in an intimate and beautiful way with the most beautiful Swarovski ring I have ever seen!!! Now 4 days later I am still reminiscing. The service even caught my partner off guard, for him it was also the most amazing experience he had ever had and that goes for me too! It's so nice to see that my partner got the same experience as I got it because this is a special moment for him too and because you took so much stress away from him as a team he could also enjoy our engagement moment! You are in one word GREAT!!! We really felt like a royal couple and were treated so well. We will NEVER forget this!! Thank you! And it was a "full circle moment" because the woman who was going to have a conversation with me as a distraction happened to come from the picture Weerberg, where I came every year with my family for our ski holiday and has lived there for 35 years!! And this lady is also Thai, and I and my partner know each other through a Thai acquaintance from the past! How coincidental!!?? Again, thanks for everything!! And oh yes, not entirely insignificant... We loved the museum itself too! The kids had such a good time here. This is the first museum where they have not been bored once and the outdoor play area in the gardens is amazing! Don't forget to bring that piece (especially in good weather) because it's really worth checking out! See you soon Swarovski and lovely staff!🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Great exhibits - We took a cab from our hotel in Innsbruck which took around 15 minutes. We prebooked our tickets which may not have been necessary since it wasn’t busy. Some highlights included the famous Marilyn Monroe evening gown she wore to President Kennedy’s birthday, Elton John’s outfit, and Jennifer Lopez’s performance outfit. There was a large gift shop at the end. Highly recommend for all ages.

Good once we found the actual exhibit - Good experience but lacking signs telling you where to go. The whole actual experince is under the head figure in the lawn area. Outdoor area hit last. Wasnt too busy we went on a Monday.

Underwhelming - It was more an art exhibit when people used crystals in their art. There were some examples of costumes that singers used and a little history but I was underwhelmed when I was looking forward to seeing it.

Swarovski Kristallwelten (The Crystal Worlds) - Great for kids, less for those looking for the history of crystal The ticket price is quite high and, honestly, I expected more from the installations. The museum is artistic, but it lacks a part dedicated to processing: I would have liked to see better how Swarovski crystal is born and how it is created. The strong point is the exterior: but it is fine for families. There are nice play areas for children and ample picnic areas. In summary: If you have young children it is worth it for playgrounds, but if you are looking for a technical museum on production you will be a bit disappointed.
