An experience not to be missed - Went for the tour, and it was a fantastic start to the day. Our wonderful guide, Debbie, was just brilliant, even including my little girl. Great for the gossip. The tour is very informative, but sssshhhh, it's a secret. There are some fantastic pieces to see while you are guided through the rooms. There's a lot to explore afterwards, in many different areas. Take your time and enjoy it all. A nice little cafe downstairs with some tasty food to fill the belly. I had the eggs benidict, which was delicious. My daughter had the french toast, which was nearly bigger than herself. I highly recommend a visit here. We had a great time.

Easy history lesson - Theresa did an amazing tour with me and my two friends! It was such an immersive experience. The gossip angle was a great way to teach us about history. The upstairs with 1916 memorabilia was also amazing. Fantastic place.

Great fun! Guide was an absolute delight! - Visited here with my study abroad group from Stony Brook University and it was a fun experience! I loved our guide, she was so funny and a joy to listen to. Now I’m not one to gossip (that’s a hint there,) but the way they shared the history of the palace was great fun and took what could’ve been rather dry history and made it real fun to learn! First time experiencing a history tour done like this and I enjoyed it immensely. I’m hesitant to spoil the trick to it, again, I’m no gossip and I’d hate to pin anyone else I’ve met as one, but I suppose you’ve weaseled it out of me: the guide was an actress playing as the governess to the Bishop’s daughters and shared all the history of the building’s residents like it was local gossip, which combined with her delightful performance, really made the tour a joy to be on. 10/10 from me.

Visiting the area, DEFINITELY visit this museum! - If you're right thinking of doing anything in Waterford, I highly recommend doing the 'Bishop Palace' museum. We were greeted by Alex on the front desk. A warm welcome and extremely helpful. Debbie, (the maid) .... Well. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE WONDER! I didn't take my eyes off her. Never broke character and I was in awe of how well she knew her information. This was the BEST interaction I have had in a museum/tour. Exceptional. We got a freedom tour ticket which covered other museums. Worked out at €20 and can be used throughout the rest of the year. Tour itself was about an hour although you can really stay as long as you like.

A walk in time - Staff extremely friendly. The Bridgerton Tour was informational, nicely paced and also provided time to view the historical information and pieces. Families have donated multiple items that bring additional authenticity and history to life.

A wonderful afternoon of history brought to life. - A wonderful afternoon of history brought to life. We did our tour with Mrs Rickard the housekeeper and she was great fun as well incredibly knowledgeable. The museum is full of beautiful pieces from the Georgian period and I loved the exhibition dedicated to Waterford in the last century. Well worth the ticket cost.

Very good - It's good for anyone who likes this type of things. This have much to see and you can spend about one hour there. Its pretty and not have much noise and the staff is very frendly. You can bought a ticket that can be used for other museums and guided tour in waterford near viking triangle that is very good and more cheap than separate.

Nice but too long - Place is very nice, Bridgerton tour way too long and too much talk. It makes you tired and bored. It would be better if it is shortened to 15 mins.
