Worth it - Lots of information, wasnt rushed and we seen the entire island with plenty of stops. I would recommend to anyone that wants to see the island.

Great day in St Thomas - Our tour got mixed in with a tour that included time at the beach. Shopping time was a bit limited, as we were scheduled for 10:30 pick up and we were picked up at 11. Godfrey is a very nice fellow and we enjoyed him sharing the history of the island. He took our group a short distance and then it was handled by one of his drivers. The open air taxi was a rough ride in spots, but the driver assisted us in getting on and off and provided a small step stool. Chips and water were available. We enjoyed a great day seeing the sights of St Thomas. The views from the top of mountain were just amazing. The others in the tour added to a really fun day. The roads are tricky and winding - our driver handled them easily. We did run into traffic returning to the ship, but it was caused by a accident on the road.

Give it a pass - Not much sightseeing; 1st stop for shopping too long. Lots of bouncing around while the driver is driving fast around curves.

Don’t use Godfrey tours! - I felt like cattle being shuffled from one place to another. Everything was very crowded. Water was to be provided but when my husband asked for one he was told no. About 30 minutes later he offered everyone a water, I guess you couldn’t get one unless decided the time was right.

Attitude is everything!!! - This trip was rocky from the start prior to leaving for my cruise I tried calling Mr. Godfrey because I had questions. Mail Box was full and this should’ve been my que to contact another local vendor direct. Fast forward to the morning we got off the ship 8:15am and walked to the windmill… Time is ticking I verified with security we were in the correct spot. Then I found a family waiting as well for the same tour. That family was notified at 7:30am that the tour was changed to 9:30. I saw a nice lady with Dispatch on her vest asked her about the tour she even tried calling no answer. Almost 10am a guy got there saying anyone for Godfrey tours so we all stepped forward and I asked what his name was he said,”Love Cab.” 1. He drops us for 2 hours of “shopping.” Not worth it at all. 2. Extra people in the original pick up. He went back to the ship and picked up other people.Those extras were told they couldn’t get off bus for shopping. Mr. Godfrey had his own group came over to announcers he’s owner and we’ll fix it. There was no FIX! They had the 6hr ,4hr on the same tour. Someone said something about the communication with the pickup time and place. Mr.Godfrey was rude to her and said,” He’s been in business for over 20years and knows what he’s doing.” Oh Really! 3. Finally left the Daiquiri place driving Down hill Love Cab hit a water truck passenger mirror . Mr. Godfrey contracted that guy to take us on that open air bus tour. I’ve volunteered with my company for 20 years to organize Employees and Family trips. These antics would remove the leader”owner” from the board. We support the locals when we travel ,this trip was a money grab and not something I’d suggest to anyone I know.

Don’t book this tour if you’re on St John. - We booked this tour and we were instructed that we would be picked up at The Westin Resort on St. John. At 2:14am on the day of the tour, we were rescheduled from 8:30 to 9:30. No worries. We’re flexible. At 8:30, we received a call from the tour operator asking where we were. I texted them the ticket info in my Apple wallet. Long story short, they gave out incorrect information on the pickup point and changed the time in the middle of the night. We ended up taking the ferry to town and touring on our own. I’m pretty sure we passed our tour group a few times. I would give them 0 stars, but I have to give at least 1 star.

Poor transport vehicle to ride in. - That the shuttle taxi/bus was old, extremely very rough riding. Was slammed into seats everytimes you hit a hole or bumps in the road, which there are alot of. Almost left tour to look for a taxi and rebook on a different company with ni er vehicles.
