Birthday & Tourist - Absolutely fabulous experience! Well worth the value! A must do if you want to experience magnificent views & sunset on this beautiful river dinner cruise! The ease of entry & exit, the abundance of delicious food; many different food choices, complimentary drinks, amazing friendly & efficient staff & talented entertainment all together made this a very memorable experience! A complimentary birthday cake & singalong for my Sister’s 60th birthday was just ‘icing on the cake’ ! 5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Beautiful sunset - The boat was nice, food is good and the entertainment was very nice. The sunset was stunning. We really loved it

Romantic dinner cruise - For as many people that got on the boat, this was well organized. The crew was excellent and did a great job. Food was good, but the entertainment and views were the best part.

Make it a night to remember - It's in a great location to shop, have a drink or go on the big wheel etc before hand making it more of an occasion than just the 1.5hr river cruise. The food was great and plentiful, entertainment catered to everyone, the staff very friendly and the views whilst dining was fantastic. Great to have a little dance before disembarking and having the rest of the evening at this location. Brilliant

Exceptional!!! We recommend too 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 - Excellent walk. Very organized, has to exchange the e-mail voucher for the ticket at the place of departure. Well signalled. Beautiful shopping. Punctual cruise, full of food, we finally loved! Even with rain the Service was excellent!!!

Fun dinner cruise - We did the earlier sunset cruise and it was beautiful to watch the sunset. The food was ok. People rushed to the buffet once it opened. The live entertainment was good and made the atmosphere more lively. We had a fun time and would recommend it. If you want more variety of food then do the later start time cruise.

Like crowds? This is for you. - This boat is located in Asiatique an amusement area on the river. It is really, really, really ,very, very ,very crowded. Really. Very. The roads leading there are at a virtual standstill in the evening and once you arrive I refer to the first sentence above, it really is. Very. Then once you have managed to make your way through the crowds you may or may not, find the booth where you get your actual paper tickets. Then you make your way through the crowds to the dock area, which is nearly impassable due to the crowded conditions. The boat is scheduled to load at 19:30 but we were told 20:00. So then you can stand around for over an hour in the crowd as other boats arrive, load and depart. Or you can walk around somewhere else in the place. Through the crowds. Finally around 19:45 we were told to line up by a lady with a sign held aloft stating The Planet Cruise. This after a Planet representative insisted on taking a group picture which will be foisted on you when you finally emerge at the trips end. But first one must stand on the line for close to a half hour. Finally after 20:00 the line begins to move and all 600 passengers surge to the entrance way and board. Yes 600 or so we were told. It seemed like more at times. We made our way to our reserved table and finally pushed off and were underway. The buffett opened shortly thereafter and about 599 people, I remained seated, surged towards our buffet area( there are more than one) and slowly made their way until filling their plates. Fortunately I was saved this part of the experience by a kindly fellow traveler who brought me some salmon, meat( somewhat tough and chewy) and dessert. The cruise itself was fine but just like other boats we have been on. And it was a holiday so the river was dazzled with a light show and fireworks. Disembarking was also a long drawn out affair with everyone standing near the exit for quite some time while the boat waited for docking space. When this was finally accomplished the 600 all surged off the boat and dispersed. We went to the TAXI area and were told there was but one taxi and it was already taken and there were no tuk tuks either. So we headed to the street but luckily found a tuk tuk which we boarded. We told the driver the name of our hotel which is a big famous one right on the river and he said “Where is that?I’m Lao and dont know. I’m new here”. It took us a full 15-20 minute to finally exit the premises due to a surge in traffic and after arriving at the wrong hotel finally made it to the correct one and headed to bed. Finally, if you have never been in a tuk tuk be prepared for a hair raising drive through Bangkok traffic featuring a few near death experiences. The Lao driver was an added feature.

Okay cruise! - It was beautiful! The personnel were nice and accommodated our needs. The food was cold, some dishes were too spicy.. I did not enjoyed the food. Desert was nice. We departed after the time we supposed to leave but we were back timely so it was a short ride.
