Guide was knowledgeable and engaged, but was soft spoken which made it difficult to hear since the museum was very busy with lots of talking and ambient noise. Would recommend tour nonetheless.
Museum was way too crowded. We had three children ages 10, 10 and 12 and they needed a dedicated guide for themselves. I should have arranged for that. They needed one focus in each exhibit with clear explanation. The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the museum but had to keep track of four other adults - our group had 10 people. Too many people in the group with the holiday crowds.
