We felt very safe with our tour guide Nick's ability to teach us so well and always warn us of bumps, safety issues, etc throughout the tour. Would definitely do this again!
Guide was very fun and knowledgeable. Let us know about m ok re than just the usual facts. Would recommend this to everyone
Scott was a great tour guide - full of lots of great information on the city. There was also plenty of time to enjoy riding through the city, which was so much fun! I would definitely use Segs in the City again. Great company to work with.
Place was easy to find. Plenty of parking near by. Scott was a very cool guy and pointed out some areas of importance to inner harbor history. Took us to areas I had never been before and will explore more in the near future. My only complaint is that I'm sure more people would come if the price was better. 130 bucks plus tip for 1.5 tour for 2 people is a bit steep for most people. I hope the your guides are paid well. Thanks again for the experience. Can't wait to do the DC one when my son is 16.
Our guide was terrific. Our entire family enjoyed zipping around Baltimore on Segways. Highly recommended for those who enjoy out of doors and fun toys!
Bechie was a wonderful tour guide! We had a great time and learned lots about the city.
As beginner could use more instruction on turning. Helmet could be sprayed or wiped out. The guide speech was execlent
Our tour guide, Scott, had lots of detailed historical information as well as tips for local food and drink, recommend taking the tour as soon as you get to the city, then you can use the information to make the rest of your trip fun. I would do it again. very easy to ride.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. He made us first time seg folks feel comfortable with our experience.
Because all my expectations were met
The tour guide was very patient and very informative
Our grade was funny and knowledgeable. We learned so much about Baltimore! Highly recommend!
Our guide was very polite & well informed. One of the other guests was unable to continue the tour and he happily towed her segway back to the shop and then continued on with our tour,
We loved our tour guides - they were great for our teen age girl scouts!!!! We loved riding the segs and will definitely do it again - and in other cities - thanks for working with us and for a great experience :)
We enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very friendly. Wish there was a little bit more history shared, recent history as well like about recent riots. Think it was maybe a little bit pricey.
Our guide,Scott, was very interesting and friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We had never been on a Segway before but felt very comfortable after his instruction.
Scott did a fantastic job, he made the experience top notch and is why I would happily recommend the tour to others.
Our tour guide was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Got to see some great views during the tour. Will be recommending to friends!
Scott was great!! He was very knowledgeable and the perfect person to take the two of us around. It's obvious he enjoys his job, loves the city, and is such a personable guy. We will recommend to friends. Give that kid a raise!
Saw everything we wanted to see and enjoyed the commentary.
I was very nervous but I persevered and had a fabulous time. My only suggestion would be a better place to learn for the first time. The traffic and cars parked along each side plus a narrow sidewalk added to the stress initially. But we had a great time! I'm so glad we did it.
Our guide Scott was professional, informative, enthusiastic & helpful. He made our experience special to the level that everyone in our party would like to return for another tour. Again Scott was terrific & made the day memorable for all!
My wife and I took this tour for our 21st Wedding Anniversary. We were truly pleased with Becky and the entire experience. Becky was personable and understanding of the apprehension my wife had with riding. We have shared pictures of our experience and have told family and friends about it and told them they should try it. We look forward to doing this again. We rate this A++ and 5 star to for everything.
Becky was a great tour leader. Super fun. Can't wait to try the D.C. Seg tour next.
We had the best time. Wasn't sure what to expect but our guide ended up being a history teacher and was very informative. He was also patient teaching us how to use the segway.
Tour guide seemed like he had tons of cool facts to share. The majority of the tour it was either very difficult to hear/understand, or the radio seemed to be turning off from time to time.
Great tour. Knowledgeable guide. Tour was supposed to be 1.5 hours but was over in 1 hour 10 minutes. That's a lot of time to miss out on. Find a way to extend the tour to the total time paid for.
There were 5 of us. 1 15-year old, 3 16-year olds and the grandfather on the Baltimore tour. 3 of us had been on the Annapolis segway tour last year and really enjoyed it. The Baltimore tour was even better. Beautiful sights, especially the inner harbor, federal hill and fells point. Our tour guide taught the two new riders how to ride the segway in minutes, and they were able to complete the 90+ minutes easily. Our guide was always watching out for our safety at intersections. He was knowledgeable explaining interesting aspects of the ride. Looking forward to the Washington DC tour next year.
Our guide was great....very patient with teaching you how to maneuver the Segways. Once we got the hang of it, we were thrilled with how much we saw of Baltimore.
Fun ,and Very informative about the city of Baltimore at the same time.
Our tour guide was very thorough. Evan made sure or questions were answered and we had time for photo opportunities. It was also nice that the group was just my little family. Mid day tour was the best option for us.
Excellent way to see and learn about new and popular sites in downtown Baltimore. Lots of fun to do. Great guide, he was informative, very knowlegable, funny and entertaining.
The tour was fun and informative. A great way to see the Inner Harbor area and our guide Scott was great!
The tour was awesome! I had some concern with the tour guide because he never stopped to make sure everyone was able to cross streets and navigate difficult terrain.
