The tour guide was great, full of history and entertaining.
Bill was an excellent tour guide. Only one in my group hadn't been on a segway before so he was able to give her extra attention without the rest of us having to worry. He was very knowledgable. The path was great, the sites were great, and he had a pretty good sense of humor. Of course, starting and ending in Little Italy had some nice food perks as well. All in all, a great way to spend an afternoon!
Excellent experience! Guide was very informative, entertaining, pleasant. We enjoyed it very much.
The guide was great. Both people in the party were first-timers and he was a patient teacher. He was also very knowledgeable about the city. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot. 1000 times better than a regular walking tour; would definitely do it again!!!
Awesome tour with awesome guide!! Bill is very patient with kids. We will do it again. Highly recommend!
Bill gave a great tour.
Very nice tour. Learned a lot about Baltimore from this tour. Should have taken it on the first day of our trip than the last.
Tour was excellent. Bill was informative and entertaining. Great value and great experience.
Lots of fun and ready to do it again!
Our tour guide, Tanya, was wonderful. She quickly taught us how to manage a Segway and we were off. It was so much fun to zip through the streets of Baltimore and learn something too at the same time. I would absolutely recommend it and I hope to go back again for another tour!
We had a blast! Will definitely do Segway tours again while visiting other cities.
It was my husbands 51st birthday and he truly wanted to experience the best of Baltimore. Honestly, I was very skeptical upon arriving as the exterior left a lot to be desired. Nonetheless, our guide Becky gave us one of the best experiences on this Segway tour. She was professional, passionate about her city, and a ton of fun!!! As my husband preferred an experience over a tangible gift for his birthday, he said it was the best gift ever...Thank you
riding the segway was so much fun and easy. our guide was knowledgeable and pleasant, found out some nice tidbits about baltimore. we covered a lot of ground which we would not have walked on a hot day, which the day of our tour was. fun.
My family and I had the best time ever. Touring the city that was so gratifying to me. It was our first time on the Segway and the instruction given by Chris( I pray that was his name) was very knowledgeable. He was very kind, professional and patient. He gave fantastic instruction an provided an excellent tour. I really want to do it again. I am a fan
Loved seeing the city from Federal Hill, and the many diverse and vibrant neighborhoods.
Our segway tour was very enjoyable. There were only two of us so our guide (Becky) did a great job of making us feel that this was a private tour. She was knowledgeable about the history of the city, fun places to visit, eat, and shop, and always kept our safety in mind. I especially enjoyed wearing an ear piece to listen to her while we rode. I recommend this tour to others visiting Baltimore.
The guide was very engaging and planned a good route. We saw a lot of the area on a short time.
Good guide good equipment. Location a little difficult
Fun, Fun, Fun!! Scott was wonderful and my 5 kids, husband and I loved it! Forced family fun wins again!!
1st time on a Segway. Baltimore is a beautiful city and our guide was very helpful with history and advice on great things to see and do.
Very fun learning to ride and seeing the city. An hour and a half was perfect! Our guide was extremely good at her job.
Great way to see the city. Beautiful views, guide to share history as well as things to see and places to eat.
We felt very safe with our tour guide Nick's ability to teach us so well and always warn us of bumps, safety issues, etc throughout the tour. Would definitely do this again!
Guide was very fun and knowledgeable. Let us know about m ok re than just the usual facts. Would recommend this to everyone
Scott was a great tour guide - full of lots of great information on the city. There was also plenty of time to enjoy riding through the city, which was so much fun! I would definitely use Segs in the City again. Great company to work with.
Place was easy to find. Plenty of parking near by. Scott was a very cool guy and pointed out some areas of importance to inner harbor history. Took us to areas I had never been before and will explore more in the near future. My only complaint is that I'm sure more people would come if the price was better. 130 bucks plus tip for 1.5 tour for 2 people is a bit steep for most people. I hope the your guides are paid well. Thanks again for the experience. Can't wait to do the DC one when my son is 16. 😀
Our guide was terrific. Our entire family enjoyed zipping around Baltimore on Segways. Highly recommended for those who enjoy out of doors and fun toys!
Bechie was a wonderful tour guide! We had a great time and learned lots about the city.
As beginner could use more instruction on turning. Helmet could be sprayed or wiped out. The guide speech was execlent
Our tour guide, Scott, had lots of detailed historical information as well as tips for local food and drink, recommend taking the tour as soon as you get to the city, then you can use the information to make the rest of your trip fun. I would do it again. very easy to ride.
Our guide was very knowledgeable and a super nice guy. He made us first time seg folks feel comfortable with our experience.
Because all my expectations were met
The tour guide was very patient and very informative
Our grade was funny and knowledgeable. We learned so much about Baltimore! Highly recommend!
Our guide was very polite & well informed. One of the other guests was unable to continue the tour and he happily towed her segway back to the shop and then continued on with our tour,
We loved our tour guides - they were great for our teen age girl scouts!!!! We loved riding the segs and will definitely do it again - and in other cities - thanks for working with us and for a great experience :)
We enjoyed the tour. Our guide was very friendly. Wish there was a little bit more history shared, recent history as well like about recent riots. Think it was maybe a little bit pricey.
