It was a great tour! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed the tour!
Guide very informative, knowledgeable and had a good sense of humor
Very good driver, Paul, appreciated his punctuality, information, and manner. I highly recommend his services and am doing so to friends in CA.
Send a party of 3 to the Mount Vernon Tour and had a great time. Thank you for taking care of our guest!
Enjoyed it very much!
The ride there was nice, van was comfortable. Tour through the house was disappointing. People were talking before the whole group was even able to get it the door of many rooms. Missed most of the information. Museum was very nice, informational and well organized. Was told that the van would pick us up at our hotel but was called 1 hour before the tour and told we had to meet at another hotel. Got dropped off at that hotel too. Had to walk both ways to catch the tour.
Nice set up
The driver was great, but the experience at MT Vernon itself was less than wonderful: our "1:00 pm" ticket put us in a line about 1:15 (they were running late, and it was NOT a crowded day) and we did not start the tour of the mansion until 1:50, and it ended at 2:20, and we had to be back at the van at 3:00 pm. So we did not have time to have the entire MT Vernon experience--we could not visit the out buildings, including the slave quarters, and even had to rush through the museum at a gallop to get to the end of it! Just not enough time at Mt Vernon itself. LOBO should rethink whether stopping through historic Arlington and at Christ Church (which we appreciated) causes the main advertised event to suffer.
Paul was very polite, the appropriate level of friendliness and courtesy, very thoughtful with the passengers. Mount Vernon was spectacular. Length of tour was adequate.
The driver was superior in his knowledge and GREAT personality. The only concern was with the VERY slippery floors in van.
Enjoyed the tour very much. Wish we had more time there.
Driver was great
The vehicles were comfortable and in good repair. Our guide was informative and entertaining. I love the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at our hotel. The small group number was a big plus in my book. I took two tours with Loba. I would book with this tour company again.
