All the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped me get used to how the kittens play.

Several of the cats were sick with an upper respiratory infection, gunky eyes, sneezing, etc. I asked what was being done for the cats and the staff was great saying a vet comes and treats them etc... although to prevent the other cats from getting sick cause URIs can spread so fast, shouldn’t those sick cats perhaps be removed from the larger population until they are better to prevent the spread of infection? Also, it was really sad to see the cats unwell as a visitor. Second, I know with so many cats it’s hard to keep things smelling fresh but I have heard diffusing lavender essential oils is toxic to cats (not sure) although definitely worth looking in to cause it was diffusing at the location.

So fun! The kitties were very loving and seemed happy which made me happy!
